It really reduces the difficulty of the Challenges to know what each one requires. Instead of listing the requirements for each Challenge right next to them, you ought to instead put all the abilities needed off to the side, like in a box that says "Recommended Abilities". That way, you know which abilities are required for the stage's Challenges, but you'll still have to figure out which Challenges require which abilities.

My favorite move is that I can crouch on the ground in submission. Overall great game and like how the grading system sorta resembles all those paperia games.

I really wish you could continue the level after completing one of the missions. At the very least, make it so you don't auto-exit after accidentally pulling the handle in front of an empty cage!

I died on the boss of a level and went back to level select. Do you honestly expect me to start over from the beginning?
The blue ribbon checkpoint flowers will save your progress when you walk by them, so when you start that level again, you'll start off at the checkpoint right before the boss fight, so you don't have to go through everything again.

I didn't think I'd like this game, since I don't like playing games that involve using my keyboard, but this game is awesome! It's really fun. It reminds me of the Sonic games.

Found a bit of a glitch: on level 4, the little moneybags guy who can crawl is able to crawl past the top of the boulder blocking the small room with 9 (or so) coins, but he can't get back out. Gotta quit the level.

I think the challenges should not have those icons indicating which powerups you need to complete them. Part of the challenge should involve the player puzzling it out themselves.

I have great memories playing the first one. I never expected a sequel and certainly not one that is even better than the first game. A well earned 5/5

I was waiting so long that I grew a beard.
In fact it's kind of true. I was quite child when "Papa Louie" was released and now I would be able to grow beard. I have small one because some days not shaveing.

Far better fare than the regular churn of Papa's [insert food]-eria. No doubt this will get badged in the near future, and probably forgotten shortly after. Still... I gave it 4 stars for the effort put in. I just wish Flip would be willing to attempt something like Remnants of Skystone again. After seeing what this game studio is capable of developing, it's consistently disappointing seeing relatively pablum productions of cookie-cutter games. It's like seeing Quentin Tarantino write and direct an Adam Sandler movie. You're capable of SO MUCH MORE!

After all this waiting we got sequel: Same style of graphics, more features, same amount of fun, still I miss old Papa 5/5

Yay, a long-awaited sequel! The original Papa platformer was cool and it's been so many years since, so I know this is gonna be even cooler!
