i dont like that dragging thing it would be nicer if you could just click the burger and it just goes in the grill and also when you are taking the burgers off the grill caus then they can get over cooked

A tip for using the thermometers: You should put down several hamburgers (3 or something) but only put a thermometer in one, so you don't waste time.

Glitch: I was at rank 3, exited the game, went to my save file; went to erase data; clicked and hold on the yes button to confirm deletion; then took my mouse off, click no; and my rank went to 33!!!; pass this on if this works for anyone else:)

@Karman: Did you flip it? If they ask for a medium burger, for example, then you'll need to flip it at the quarter mark, then take it off at the half mark, medium. Not only do you need to take the burger off when they tell you to, but you need to cook it evenly on both sides, eg. get the percentages at the side as close to 50% and 50% as possible. When you flip it, the 100% starts going down and the 0% starts going up.

I'm just taking a random guess on this, but it's probably because your burger's sides aren't cooked evenly. Here's what I do: I just put some patties on the grill as soon as the day starts and then take my customer's first orders. When I go back, I wait for them to hit the 'clock' position's 3 o'clock and then flip them since they always want medium rare patties. And then, you know, take more orders, etc, come back and they should be 50-50 patties and then I just scoop em off the grill and set more on there.

I found myself with 1 star customer with four stars. One more time for the achievement, and he stops showing up. I'm thinking "Come so I can stop playing!"

A mute button is nice, but I would like to be able to adjust the music and sound effects volumes separately and not just on/off.

Easy tip. As soon as the day starts, throw down 6, 9, or 12 burgers depending on your level. Let them cook half way, flip them, then take them all off. You can take two orders at a time, reheat/cook the burgers, then build both orders in no time.

Halfway through the game, I realized this is why the cash register guy mostly acts better towards well known customers... because they pay way more tip than the new customers.

I'm not fit to run an entire restaurant by myself. Seriously, what kind of moron runs an entire burger shop by themselves, for tips? My only profits are from tips? Where is my paycheck?
Also, why am I the one shelling out my hard earned 'tips' for the upgrades to the shop? Shouldn't that be Papa Louie's job, I mean he is the proprietor, is he not? It's his responsibility to improve the shop, not mine.
To the developer, you should really rethink the upgrade system, Once your shop reaches a certain notoriety level, Papa Louie should buy you an item in proportion to your level of fame.
Well, I could be getting a bit ahead of myself criticizing the game when I've only reached rank 3, just saying some things I think would improve the game is all.
