For those curious about how to play this with SuperNova SWF Enabler plug-in, use this address provided below by copying the entirety of it and pasting it onto the address bar at the top of your browser to ensure that it bypasses the ‘GameShell’ issue that have plagued many earlier games of Kongregate: supernova://play/?swfurl=https://assets.kongregate.com/gamez/0018/3308/live/papascupcakeria.swf?kongregate_game_version=1395846323 Make sure that your latest installation of SuperNova works correctly, as it will not function if it cannot load games that can work fine without this bypassing of the SWF files here (Used Google Chrome dev tools to get the link).

To get med. badge: you will need to play until you are level 11, which takes about two and a half in-game weeks. My strategy was: avoid the fill guides in shop, and just go to about half the fill bar. I got the Icing copier really early, and that lets you ignore the second one and move on quickly- I never managed perfect icing, so just go for good or great. Get speed for oven 3, and that lets you hold it down on first customer. You can get the alarm, but beware cut-scenes - they can't be skipped, and burn time in-game, ruining the baking section. Keep the restaurant deco fresh, and otherwise enjoy. It is a good game!

For those who are completionists, I normally do the closer before the last non-closer customer. The non-closers are patient enough that it is still easier to get a rating in the high 90s. It does make for an interesting end graphic to the day, though, as it is still the closer leaving last, rather than the customer that was actually served last. (I also only play a couple days at a time, to avoid being too bogged down by the monotony.)

You know you're a terrible dev when literally every single comment on your game is your "fanbase" telling you how horrible your games are, and that they wish you and your work didn't exist.

Only came here to say how bad papa's games are and how they should never be badge of the day. Didn't play one second obviously. I get the BOTD every single day, otherwise.

horrible games that should never be badge of the day. only good thing is these games show how stressful and bad it is to work in food and that customers are assholes that come in after close lol.

It took me 50 minutes to get the easy badge. Although I spent 5 minutes in the character creator, so I'd be able to do it in 45 minutes if I chose a standard character. I don't know how long it takes to get the medium badge. Maybe 2 hours in total or 1 hour after getting the easy badge.

I'm pretty sure the "loading screen" doesn't load anything, but is just there to show an ad. Flash games only load in the beginning unless they are huge, unlike AAA games which ARE huge.

@sokob4n: I doubt this will be another Papa's week badges since this is the 2nd to last day of the week. @ChaoticBrain: If you really dislike the game, just give the bare minimum effort to give to your customers. You can't get a game over due to giving bad orders, and as the Best Comments section states this will give you the Easy badge easily.

I don't believe there is a shop in the world that operates like this... bespoke cupcakes while you wait? In sets of 2?

I haven't missed a single shiny Kongpanion in over a year. Today I accidentally missed Wednesday and Thursday's BotDs, and the only way I'll be able to get the shiny is if I earn this Easy badge. After trying Day 1, I decided I'd rather end my perfect streak than endure this garbage for longer than five minutes.

I'm used to games like this all you consider mediocre unlike idle at the very least which is my least favorite genre due to the feel of dragging a game out with the waiting mechanic (which I feel is slow in Holyday City: Reloaded or sometimes done right in Crusaders of the Lost Idols). I find these papa games engaging to play and I feel like I test my skills with cooking this way and how I would try combinations. I dare even go as far to say that I would maybe have a job like this.

The good news is I already have 5 BOTDs this week so I can skip this piece of shit. Hopefully the rest of you do as well.

Mal agradecidos -.- . Tan bien y tan resueltos que les hago sus postres y les llevo y los desprecian o les parecen malos a la vista, pero bien que se los comen y ahí no dicen nada -.-. Mas malos esos clientes... .Por eso es que casi no juego esto.

Well, as much as I want to make Prudence's dog happy.... its much better to give her a cup filled with uncooked dough and a five foot mountain of the wrong icing and toppings. :))))))))))))))))))))

A painful repetitive series to play. I'm glad I had the badge from the a previous badge of the day. The Papa's series of games are all endurance and zero fun.
