Under rating threshold (show) That woman murdered the child. Jonah rushed in to try to save the child, and in the process, the woman died. He was seen, and accused of murdering the two people, and hung. Had he been "normal," he would have been given a fair trial. That priest that ordered him executed was the same one seen in the church. While his hat was glowing white, his face and body were completely in shadow. Also, the church was all dark, and there were so many demonic figures in the background. Perfect light/dark motif. Thus, the church, as a representation of the status quo, the societal norm, the image of perfection, cast out those who did not belong because of a physical deformity that they had been born with. This shows that the moral of the game is that society is evil for casting out all those who do not belong, especially those who were born with physical or mental handicaps.

Under rating threshold (show) The story moves a lot, is sad. It is a game very well thought out, about this man who looks like a monster. The final impact on the child a lot, especially when people believe that he killed the child, but anyone who has played Loondon, knows who is "true" guilty. Sad, poignant and exciting!

Under rating threshold (show) Interesting how the tall figure was holding, almost offering, an apple to Jonah. Biblical reference, perhaps? He chose not to give into this man, and instead saved the few people who had been kind to him. Very interesting story, well done.

Under rating threshold (show) The man's name Jonah is a referance to the story of Jonah from the bible. In the bible, Jonah chose not to save the city. In this story, Jonah saved the city, but lost his life.

Under rating threshold (show) This game was nothing less than amazing. I actually felt sad, through the whole thing. But the ending the most about the choice he made for that one guy that was nice to him. I really wish there were more games like this. It's really nice to take a break from all the action, and fast paced games. And personally, I think I had a better experience with this, then any of those. Wonderful game.

Under rating threshold (show) I think the man with the Hat and the Apple was representing God, who saw Loondon as a city full of sinners. He helped Jonah escape because Jonah was innocent. Instead Jonah sacrificed himself to save his friend, and in turn, the whole city. Beautiful, but sad, story. Stunning artwork. Great job.

Under rating threshold (show) Great game and story. However, I think that it would also be interesting if you had the chance to make a moral decision (after Jonas flees), thus influencing the ending (i.e. Loondon burns, or Jonas simply returns to the old life). Just my 2 cents.

Under rating threshold (show) sad and true ....very short....for the first time in ages i enjoy a point and click "story" i wont say game .... this one is better than being called a game. Jonah is a kind person with a deformity..... Out Casted.... he helped the guy with the glasses thats the policeman who chased him later ..... the lady in the church ignored him then killed the child..... the priest white robes and dark soul .... Sigh.... every window in the church shows a shadow of a devil.... i didnt know what that means till the priest throws him out .... the hypnotizing guy i thought he might be an angel helping Jonah in his pursuit of happiness ... and punishing Loondon for its crimes... he spared Jonah's life , but Jonah didnt spare his own life for the sake of friendship .......goose pumps every where ..... If this game lasted longer than this i would have cried ..... loads of morals in a 10 min story...... thumps up for the good work 5/5

Under rating threshold (show) Absolutely gorgeous graphics, and fascinating tale. Leaving "Paradiso" for something that seems better, the obvious hypocrisy of the Cathedral, all the while our hero not becoming jaded or falling into the sinful trap that was Loondon. His sacrifice for the sake of one person is touching and moving. 1. WANT MOAR! ;) and 2. Don't you dare stop creating games like this. I'm off to see what else you have.

Under rating threshold (show) I thoroughly enjoyed this game, granted it's macabre ending. The story was a unique interpretation of the old grim tale of The Hunchback. Though it may not be considered a "game," more over as a digital book or interactive movie, it was a journey I shall not forget. You, my friend, have won this woman's appreciation!

Under rating threshold (show) :O Its this game again.. Makes my heart miss a beat, even if it was just a pixelated character that did this... But to sacrifice yourself for something you dont even know? Thats just.. Tearful. I was awestruck after playing this and i even posted about this on facebook. My friend was like, what stupid game is that? I was defending Jonah :l I was HEY STOP!!! All im saying is this game is so meaningful, and what we should do irl. Although because of humanity's selfishness this isnt really possible.. Great game, great story, great characters. 100000/5 +if you agree!

Under rating threshold (show) For some strange reason while playing this I remembered the Great Fire of London of 1666. Now, I know that might be slightly too early for steam engines which were seen in the game, but by a tiny amount only... Add the "burn" part and the name of the city "Loondon" and the (at least slightly) mysterious cause of the fire... Yes, it does remind me of 1666. I the game might have been made with that in mind. Few games, even among these artistic ones give me such a deep feeling. Favorited.

Under rating threshold (show) The man with the apple is the watcher, be like him to know this and we all will never be in this situation. This scene is about a blind and stupid society, London here was just a name of the picture. We fear what we have never saw, never knew or we consider that it's bad... or all of it.
