It seams there is quite a few times where they will come out of their room for just a second then go back in before you have a chance to get them. Then when they come out they are ready to leave.

Could really need some more upgrades... or make it harder... and it would be nice if the game did respond when you click...

2/5 Was not remotely challenging until day 7 and completely repetitive around day 17 (played a bit further, but stopped before day 20 when no more upgrades appeared).

i gave up at day 23... no mroe upgrades = boring game that is very competitive when the freaking people dont know where the laundrey, gym and the freaking restaurant is... they should make an upgrade like a brochure, the effects for it is to make the people's IQ increase by 10000% since they are not capable of going to the recerption by themselves... i mean what kind of adult cant do their own laundry? I saw a six year old cleaner than these guys...

obviously the concept doesn't make sense in the real world, but neither do a lot of games. The real problem is that the game is too unresponsive. And when you get to later levels you need every click to work

oh and oh my freaking god... how can you guys not walk to the freaking restaurant when the freaking place is right next to your freaking room!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
2/5... I like my hotels with stairs.... and people who can walk to their bloody rooms without having to carry them there. All in all, this game is far too repetitive.

If I was the real manager of this hotel, I'd invest my money in features like signs that tell people walking in to go ahead and go to the front desk instead of sitting in the lobby; and maybe some plants or a fountain.

This is a 4-star game, but the control is rather unresponsive, when I click to move someone and click on the destination, only to find the first click didn't take? -1 for control issue, but fix that and you're back to 4 stars. :)

You can (now?) upgrade as much as is available, i.e. as many rooms as you have cash for, if you have reached the level when teh upgrade becomes available.
I like this game, it is nicely done and gets me into teh flow; the only nit to pick is that I often "use" a person that has a tutorial note attached before I read it; in a game that is so swift there should be a way to re-read that.

An okay game, but a little slow.
And the upgrade system just seems tacked on, why not just add one new thing every round?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It's possible to only get guests who just visit restaurant or gym. I had one level where I got only 3 guests who wanted a room and it wasn't even possible to get enough money from them.

Sweet, but the ability to upgrade only one thing at a time is frustrating. Especially when I have a buttload of money stacking up.

2 more things: 1) you shouldn't have to wait for the guests to sit down before you call them to the desk. You should be able to click them as soon as they enter the hotel. 2) Why do you have to point your guests back to their rooms after they've gone to the restaurant? They can't find their own way back to their rooms?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Couple of things -
1) can you only upgrade one thing after each level? That seems kind of pointless - why not just automatically assign the upgrade without "allowing" the player to pick it?
2) The game seems to ignore clicks sometimes when assigning guests to rooms, which is frustrating as hell when multiple guests are stacking up.
3) It's annoying as crap that you have to keep clicking on the same guest to do different task. In other words, if I select a guest to go to the desk, I shouldn't have to click on him/her again to assign a room. They should stay selected until I choose a different guest.

nice game.. some upgrades at the end would be great - i played like 5 levels without upgrading anything.. but really loved it!

Cleaning crew often ignores clicking a room number, so I have to do it two or three times to clean a room. Is this because no one in this game tips them? :P
