I like this game but what does one do once they've gotten all the trophies and become a "Real Estate Master". It ideally needs to be forked with more options or a sequel made with more buildings and upgrades and stuff.

Here's the list of trophies. Get all 10 trophies to earn Real Estate Master! 1) Sell first property; 2) buy first property (buy back one you sold); 3) own 10 houses; 4) having $100K; 5) rent income $50K; 6) have $500K; 7) own 20 houses; 8) own 30 houses; 9) rent income $75K; 10) have $1 million.

I think a lot of commenters are missing part of the game. You can flip houses! Buy an empty lot, build up the house, then sell it. Quick way to make money for the early ramp-up

Once you get all banks the game becomes a city sized whack a mole game. Nice way to wake up, to hear crash sounds every few seconds and fix your multi-million[or higher depending on how long you play] dollar bank system.

Then when they burn down i sell the land at an obscene profit, to buy it back at sale value...
finished with 24 million.

There could be some shortkeys, as in 1-9 to build houses, or maybe q-p (top row) and then a button to repair, preferably r.

Well... its kinda basic, but its a good start point for a better game. City should be bigger, way more construction options, we should be able to zoom in an out the game, as well as move it to focus in different areas. It has potential to be a big great construction game. Good work!

BTW... you can build up a lot, let it burn down, and sell it for full price. Then you can re-buy the lot for the $5000 as if it were an unimproved property. Ultimate cash grab opportunity!

This is way too slow... and definitely has little payoff compared to other sim games. I practically have to let it idle so I can get enough money to do something because selling my homes wouldn't be enough just yet. It also doesn't tell me the requirements to unlock a home, so I'm left guessing on what to do.

If you build a fancy house with all the stuff you can let it burn down and then sell the empty plot for the house value, then just re-buy it for 5k

To get the most bang for your buck, buy land, build house, install fence and trees then sell... The only way to profit

I don't understand how to unlock the houses....I've bought/sold/upgraded/hired everything in the game and it won't unlock any houses.....

when a building burns down the building is removed but the land price stays the same till you sell it, then it goes back to 5k,

Oh.. If you ran out of money, just play the tutorial and skip it.. You'll end up with a quick 10,000... Hahaha.. Enjoy!

Start the game, and spend all of your money... Play the tutorial and continue with your game.. You'll instantly get 27000 from the tutorial :))) Enjoy!

Beat the game, but what if the bug that after sometime without repair your houses dissapear but they still yours, you can sell for the price of a full house but there isint anything.. WEIRD, can u guys fix these bugs?

SECOND TIME I LOSE EVERYTHING! THIS TIME "THE SHOCKWAVE HAS CRASHED" AND THE GAME DOES NOT HAVE ANY OPTION TO SAVE YOUR GAME MORE THAN 20HOURS LOST, FIX THIS!

that moment when you sell both houses to buy the maximum 160 supply in order to get the discount and forget to leave 5k to buy a land = GAME OVER! (a prohibition button when you would sell something and leave less than 5k would be good)

good way to make money is make a load of starting houses for rent then get big houses upgrade and sell from 7 starting houses i got rent of 3654 and a total value of228200

heres something I just have to say do NOT play this game by it self have a action pact game in a 2nd tab and check houses every time you here that crash sound[when a home needs fixing] + if you agree

This has got to be the slowest "game" I've every played including Civ... wow! Interface is fine, graphics a little dated, music too repititious but none of these compare to the DULL drudgery that is this "game" - it's not like it's even an original concept... this is a clone and a really bad one at that!?!
