okay, I have changed my opinion. 1/5 for level 21 being intentionally the most obnoxious thing in gaming. Brought to you by the fine devs at 4chan apparently.

Really awesome until level 16, which you can probably only beat using absolutely exactly and flawless sequence of builds.

My problem with level 15 on hard was that the enemy kept killing more stuff than me. The strategy that worked was getting all income and war upgrades, +maggot party to buy time, ramping up to maximum nectar income fast, then just building nothing but tanks. It took forever, the enemy bio-nuke really slows things down, but I ground through eventually and got three stars.

I love this game. It's like a big game of rock paper scissors, deciding things like: Okay, my enemy has a ton of blade maggots and skitterbugs, I should use those floating jellyfish. I also love the jokes. 10/10 great game.

The game feels nice and smooth. Once you mastered the gameplay, new units are added and you can work on strategies. But the dialogues are a bit tedious and level 15 feels like running into a wall. The difficulty suddenly jumps up beyond expectation.

Level 15 is really messed up. The opponent can spawn units faster than us, they move faster than ours, are stronger, and attack faster. What are we supposed to do? I'm all for a challenge, but bending the rules isn't one.
The enemy only has ranged minions and tier-1 melee in that level. (But level 15 is one of the more complained-about levels, so maybe the enemy's limitations aren't obvious enough.)

I took a look at the high scores tab and it says I have 15 wins. I have beaten every level (on hard), except the ones that require buying the premium version, and that's a lot more than 15.
What is this stat tracking?

There is a ceiling on harvesters because otherwise people would be able to get pretty much infinite nectar per second, I don't think the AI would have any way to counter that and it would make the game trivial. If it used that strategy too, then the game would not be fun any longer.. ceiling is OK, perhaps a challenge without ceiling would be cool

Got it. Spitters, mini-bombers, and extra attention to neurotoxin and nuke timing. I had a medium sized group of spitters reach the queen and a 3-4 mini-bombers running when Red Queen nuked and released a big swarm. After a brief wait for the swarm to cross the field, a return nuke set up the victory.

Level 11, tried about 4 different strategies, can get Red Queen down to about 5% health, then get beaten back and overpowered. Any tips?

Kill 47 minions, value 1,305. Enemy kills 22 minions, value 1,175. Don't get star for killing more minions than enemy. Multiple times.

There seems to be an issue for me whenever i select the level it just leads me to a black screen and then it just does nothing

Nice game and dialogs, only wish my 4th wall had any chance to be repaired. Also the last level was really easy, just had to upgrade Nectar and get an organ while waited for nukes.. There are far harder ones

I love this game. I teach a computer and game design class in middle school. My only issue in sharing with them is the language (even though it's bleeped...I can only tell you a room full of 6th graders spot the bleeped word and the whole class instantly goes to a wacky crazy place that I can't bring them back from. So, LOVE this game and your reinvention of the genre. Wish I could recommend to my students. Something to consider for future games.

i totally cannot beat the hard level for level 1!! Can't use any of the new characters in it so it boils down to timing and spamming the spawn button to get enough guys out in time before the enemies come..
Anyone have some help?

in the first mission of the game if you dont create any harvesters your base will just generate nectar constantly, so instead of having people cheese the game make it where the game has a timer on the tutorial so if you dont follow the instructions in under 30 seconds or more it will skip to the next one. pls make sure you fix this somewhat 'bug' if u can

Auto scroll is kind of annoying, is there a way to disable it? I don't like having to drag my screen back to where I want it all the time. all in all really fun though.

How do you get 3 stars on level 3? Whatever I do, the other queen outkills me with neurotoxin. I can easily outproduce her, but cannot get 3rd star that way.

Great game, but some of the minions feel bit too overpowered. Like the tank minions, if you hard push em to enemy base they aoe target the harvesters and completely destroy enemy economy while being slow to kill. Maybe take aoe target out from harvesters in tanks? Bombers seemed quite easy to win minion too. Just mass n done.

I don't think it's fun that the enemy is always one upgrade ahead of you. On regular mode, you ought to at least be equal.

Sky Queen + (Spiked) Tank will get you through every single level and challenge past 11 on hard with maybe one or two exceptions. 15 was a pain, getting both neurotoxin upgrades and spamming Tanks did the trick though. Easily a 5/5 title.

Fun game with some good strategy hidden behind it's "lolrandom" layers of dialogue. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I just wish the stage select music didn't loop like crazy.
