Nice, but the problem is in the details. Quest are extremely boring, too much running around fetching things from far away. Leveling is slow, random encounter battles take too long and so on...

A little Kingdom Heartsy in storyline but... you gotta make things a little smoother and faster. I lost all motivation prior to getting to Hook's house. Isnt bad, but I feel like you are wasting a lot of really good by making it not that fun to pursue

Alladinsane, the apple is in the forest near dwarf town. You have to fight a tree monster to obtain it. But first, you need to get Big Bad Wolf from Halloween town to join your party.

10 mins to get to the king thing 30 mins to get to hook's house and 10 mins to kill the pumkin things.my comp is slow but this is way to slow. im sorry but 2/5 until you make this faster.

Didn't like the art, dialogue was meh, gameplay was generic. Story was meh. Programming was good but it's just a knock-off FF. I'll stick with the original if I want to kill time.

"Unfairy tales" very nice title! Graphics? More 3d than a lot of RPGs here in Kongregate. Outstanding graphics, sent me back to the past! This game has excellent cartoon-like and helpful graphics that reach the league of professional masterpiece adventure games of the past! Less than 5 stars??? Atmosphere? Superb! GAMEPLAY!!! Excellent! Yes combat phase looks LIKE Sonny. Okay. So what? I am a fan of Sonny and Sonny 2. I was always saying that it could be better if Sonny had more things to do, than go from a battle to another. Oh, and Sonny had no Special or item use had it? The game is an excellent rpg. Watch even the scrolling of the dialogue text! Watch the WHOLE scrolling! Watch the sprite movement! When was the last time you saw such a GEM here? PERFECT programming. Very nice music too. What is wrong with you people? 5 stars here from me! Unfair rating from a lot of users. How ironic! "Unfair Tales".... ___ this game is favored!

meh, its got its flaws, but nothing unforgivable. the merchant interface, for example. a "buy multiple" option or any quicker way to buy a couple dozen health potions...

way to short... finished the game at lvl 18, w/o problems... well the lvl 35 boss was a bit hard, but i poisoned him and stayed alive, the sword is great^^
will it go on to kill geppetto?
5/5 but minus 1 because it ends so soon...
well add that one, being with the normaly evil ones is a great idea^^

Searching for that darn apple. I hope its the forest just ne of drowsy town. Its the only forest I see so far unless its across that bridge where there are some bad-boy opponents. Not ready for that! Good game though, zelda meets sonny or something like that.

Combat to hard after Gate? lvl 10-12 evil dwarf monsters?
After first Gate just use Escape from all combats and goto the dwarf village to the east(follow road) and loot all free stuff there (lvl 2 and 3 bubbles) then go back and go north and continue to use Escape from combat until you reach big city. Loot it for even more free bubbles. Now youre a lot more boosted and likely to survive.

this game is def. much better than sonny and way more complex. i really like it. although it gets really hard atm with all these spells etc. also i think the enemies level up way to fast. you can hardly beat them sometimes.

The point of a more expensive large potion is that it heals more in one go, which is important in certain situations where you need a huge boost to give you some breathing room. Of course, you really shouldn't be getting into those situations, but it's your life.

To people who say that this is not a sonny clone because there are too many differences, I agree with you. It took sonny and removed all the good stuff lol and added crappy stuff like all the waiting and moving and random battles. ugh...

phew, i was going to sleeping town and was attacked by 3 creatures of lvl 25 and they attacked me and all 3 characters died. lol. seems like this doesn t fit at all.

The creator of this game seems to have a thing for making the player run back and forth between locations, which i wouldnt mind as much if the enemys didnt level up with up

Crow, go with dream potions. You can cast the heal spell 5 times for 50gp and it does more than 100 each cast. The 150dp pot is even better, but you have to wait until you actually get a max 150dp.

Its cheaper to buy 6 health potions that restore 100 health for 10 gold a piece than to buy 1 health potion that restores 500 health for 65 a piece. I think there should be a discount or the health potion should restore more.

I really wish there were some kind of inn to rest at. Random encounters are also a bit too frequent. Still, overall, it's quite good. 4/5.

Excellent game, but it would be nice to have some kind of inn you could stay at to fully replenish hp and dp. Refilling via potions is a little tedious.

Very nice navigation system, refreshing original graphics, clean interface. I like the real-time battles too. 5/5 so far :)
But there is far too much clicking on tiny objects during battles, 3 clicks to make a character attack could be improved...
