Has potential, but the controls are retarded, and losing all upgrades when you're hit is terrible. Having one-shot lives is bad.. Needs polish, the engine is there though.

losing all upgrades when you're hit is bad it means gameover in later stage, and the game preforms laggin on a low spec computer(when theres tons of spliter) overall good game, i love how you can stack all 3 special

"Retry" is a bit bugged. Difficulty doesn't seem to decrease, nor does the game exactly restart. Maybe I'm misunderstanding :)

I don't care what other people say, this is pretty good, escpecially for your first. My first was kinda cool, but nothing with an animated titlescreen. Good job. Gave 3/5 because of controls. 3 means "I liked it" and, well, I did. ^^

I'm enjoying this in the context of being a first game. Looks pretty polished comparatively, but difficulty variance could improve the game a lot. When you lose your upgrades it's fine for me, reminds me of playing old games on my NES. Perhaps you could change it to sudden death mode, and give people of playing it both ways?

mmm...if i've been hit on high levels of upgrades it resets my ship. this make the game impossible to beat. too difficult.

It's a good game for a first try... it's a bit clunky though and it's not readily apparent how to use any of the specials.

Very good idea. However, 2-3 together makes it humongously easy. Maybe you should restrict it, making unable to "buy" 2 specials together. Or making the bar grow slower on further levels.
But very good concept and development. 4 out of 5 to you, nice work.

A good game, but I think the charge bar fills up too fast. Either that, or the permanent upgrades should take two or three whole bars instead of just one

Pretty cool, needs some tweaking though. It would be nice to have the mouse set about a cm infront of the ship to make movement/shooting easier.

There should be a time limit before you can use another special, say 5 secounds or so. You can just sit in the middle using 1 to kill all the enemy ships.

Congratulations to your first game. I view certanly seem to Battlestar Galactica, maybe? enemy fighers in cylon-shape and the primal figther like classic figther xD A simple game with a simple ranking, but continue improving!

The controls are not very good, moving with the mouse makes it hard to focus fire in one specific area as you need to have the mouse directly over the ship to stop.

why you compliance about loosing upgrades in 1 hit, I find it impossible to lose. This game is brain-dead easy!

a bit too easy, you can beat almost the whole game by sitting in the middle and periodically pressing "2".
an explanation for the "Option" button would be nice, i only found out that it`s an upgrade when i wanted to pause the game.
