That was something else. Chess mixed with puzzle-maze. Iterations of the Queen - great! It was like dancing the Zumba.

The game runs fine in Firefox 91.0, the only issue I had was realizing that the pawns in the last area could only move one way and I could use squares near them. Good game.

Ce jeu est vraiment top.
Je ne pensais pas pouvoir trouver un jeu avec des pièces d'échecs comme ça.
Je conseille vivement

I'll be honest, as someone who never ever play chess in my whole life, I only played this game to win the double points badge. At a certain point the game feels oddly long and tiring for an easy badge, and i wasn't very enjoying it cause I don't like chess in the first place. But i pushed onward and was rewarded with that final level. after many levels of only sorta kinda knowing where i have to go to advance, its so satisfying to reach the final level and actually able to figure out what to do. and then there was a pleasant surprise too that made me smile for a good few minutes straight. excellent game, 5 stars.

FYI, you do NOT have to beat the queen to win the game. When you encounter the queen, and get to a junction where you can head up-left, down-left, or down a strip 3 tiles wide, head down the strip until you reach the bottom. You'll be able to avoid the queen, and do a U-turn going back up while staying on the left side. When you get back to the junction, head down-left. The queen will then keep going back and forth on the left side of the strip and you'll leave her behind. Then just proceed along the bottom-left path with no worries until you reach the end for an easy win.

Very interesting game. Unlike any chess game I've ever played! It still takes some forethought on where to go, and when to retreat and try again. I like it!

Pretty interesting. I'm not sure how I won, but... I did. I guess. I called up a walk through, but the queen didn't perform the same way as she did in the walk through.

I still love this game... even thought the story has changed somewhat over the years. It wasn't the Black Knight overcoming the white army... it was the White Knight overcoming the red army. This is why the red army faded away into myth and legend and everyone only talks about the White and Black armies now. -Pip

Woo, dang, this game was a roller-coaster. A dark souls plot level. You start as a confused knight, who only knows that he must advance. And then you do. You slice down your enemies, learning more of the world around you. Game of the tear material, right here. My brain no feel good till I finished.

I must say I was impressed, I was not expecting to enjoy that much a game about a moving chess knight. The game idea was well explored and implemented, I felt a good balance between the moving and the combat puzzles, the boss fight was actually challenging. Congratulations, it is a fun and original game! :)
