Why the hell did I lose the game on the third day? The game never told me why I lost! Was there some sort of goal I was supposed to accomplish other than upgrade the hotel? Lot of other annoyances: concierge is incapable of operating a telephone and likes to wait until the last moment to help people, inexplicable fires, upgrades increase in price everyday for no reason, upgrades have levels which need to be purchased and which also increase everyday, and more. This game is very bad.

Sometimes the game just doesn't give you enough customers to reach the day's goal, meaning you can't win that day no matter what. This needs to be fixed.

I'm seeing a LOT of "bugs" or only errors. Theres times which even one customer appear; if I lose one time and click replay, everything returns to level 0, my money is gave back to me, but the price keeps on the next level of waht i buyed until I buy something else. And there's times that i do EVERYTHING that appeared in the day and I still lose. Ah, and sometimes everybody runs of my place before the day is over.

Next one needs two more employees: Managers to keep employees awake by threatening them, and Firemen to take care of fires.

Needs a save button. Fires are to frequent. I would be nice if you could hire some one to to put out fires and call taxis. all in all its a good game to spend time playing but without a save function there is not point in coming back.

wow... I love how my goal is higher than all of the people that come to the place! All of them served perfectly, and I still get 500 under my goal. WTF.

The game has potential, but the way it plays right now is awful. So if I want to make sure I don't have to pay for services I just check in to a hotel shortly before 9pm since I won't get billed that way. And whether or not you manage to satisfy all customers means squat if the random creator decides there won't be enough showing up to fulfill the goal. Saving money doesn't work either as the goal is just raised by the difference.
All this means for now it's a 2/5, and that's mainly due to the potential I see.

might as well get rid of the front desk employee. even when he is awake, that guy is so unresponsive and ignores every other customer. whats the point if i have to do his work for him

My got i upgraded everything and now i have to do is wake up the bartender every 10 minutes like honestly he sleeps too much!

When you get all the people, really the only things you need to do are yell at your employees for sleeping (that is the reason why they don't get payed), call taxis (concierge is too busy moving like a snail) and put out the 500,000 fires you get a day (I am surprised the Fire Marshall doesn't shut this place down).

a good game overall. One question though, is this town hit by the economic downturn so badly that often there are no more than 10 customers in a single level??

No budgetary awareness presented in-game. For instance, it isn't hard to hire staff, for instance I can easily hire a concierge by level 2, but that keeps me from earning 'enough' money and causes me to lose, even if I address every customer need.

OK... glitchy game. Sometimes it lets me click on the desk, best, kitchen, roidaholics, sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't, I survive for 5 minutes (3:21, to be precise) before the game over screen. Since it does not seem to function as advertised, 1/5.

So basically when you're chasing your dream to become the perfect hotel manager, you end up being the fire extinguishing guy.

3 suggestions a fire man a phone picker upper(thats wut a concierge is really) and a wake up guy (who falls asleep a lot).

ok, i love the gameplay, i really do, i am completely addicted to these kinds of games, and i really love the stuff you do, but, this is buggy as HELL, when i loose for the second time the level count completely screws up, same goes for the prices, and every upgrade, the money you are required to get is ridiculous at some points, i do everything perfectly and the people just dont appear!, it kinda sucks because i really liked the game
