Dear Concierge: I do not pay you to stand there and stare at the customers! Give them a room! Argh I can't even yell at you cause you are awake!

I can hire someone to do laundry, help them work out, clean the pool and man more, but I can't hire someone to call a taxi. I feel like our workforce is over achieving.

Pretty good game but needs a few things:
- The concierge should handle phone calls since that's mainly what they do
- All employees should have stats. So bell girl has Alert, Speed, Efficiency stats
-- Alert is how likely they will fall asleep
-- Speed is how quickly they move
-- Efficiency is how long it takes them to serve a customer
You can hire from a couple choices or you can get the gimps and then 'train' them in their stats with money to make them better.
- Fire got annoying quickly and was a bit unbalanced
- My security officer never showed up to stop a fight
- Path finding would be nice, if its faster to take the stairs, take them. Also, a pain if I have to wake someone up in the casino then run all the way across the hotel up the elevator and all the way back to the cafe guy to wake him up.
- Expand the map so you can have all buildings if wanted.
Rep this so someone will actually see it.

In Bed and Breakfast 3 you play as Charlene from the novel "Firestarter" by Stephen King. Now an adult and struggling to keep a business together in a town full of narcoleptics, can you control your pyrokinetic abilities long enough to make a living?

wow these workers sure aren't afraid of me (the boss) since they would just fell asleep when im RIGHT NEXT TO THEM... and not only once but like twice or 3 times.....i think wonder if theres a "fire" button.....

There was a fire. 1 second later, there was another fire. The fire turned bigger, The guests did not leave. They were all calm?!

I don't know if anyoe else had this happen. But on a few levels I didn't get a single person staying in the B and B. Some people needed taxis some needed food, lots of fires.
Then suddenly I just lost, it said I didn't make enough money. Why? Did I not advertise? I went from more people then I could handle to 0 and somehow I lost?

I can hire everyone possible! except a person who knows how to answer phones and a person who can use a fire extinguisher.

My concierge is mostly useless. Half the time, I do his job for him in between putting out fires and settling arguments. What.

some suggestions: 1) firefighters 2) fone takers 3)prices that DONT change 4) supervisor(somebody who wakes sleeping employees + he wont sleep) 5) better elevator (its sometimes quiker for him with the stairs O_O)

And the award for worst employee of the year goes to.... My Receptionist! On the rare occasion he's awake he still spends half the time kinda staring at the guests doing nothing. Oh, and my Tennis coach is never awake too :D

It's silly to have a goal that's based on your total amount of money rather than a daily profit. That means I can't purchase a chef because I'll have $0 at the start of the next round and have to make the entire goal amount in one run. Makes more sense to have a daily goal based on the day's profits.

In the end your job is putting out fires and waking up employees. You should make a company rule that says "If you see another employee sleeping on the job, wake them up. If you see a fire, grab a fire extinguisher and put it out." Really, aren't those no-brainers? Lots of other issues with the game as well. 3/5.

Chef 1: "Uh, the kitchen's on fire. Shouldn't we, you know, leave?" Chef 2: "Nah, that's a small fire. Just work around it."

I think there should be some kind of employee quality thing. I had employees falling asleep several times when I had JUST woken them up. In real life I'd fire them and hire someone new.

You'd think the fire alarm that goes off every 5 seconds would wake the sleeping employees... Or guests with a IQ higher than 5 could wake them... Oh wait... That's right...

Fun game. But next time don't add a mandatory money per level goal :( I like just messing around not being rushed. Also tone down the fires around 75%
