This game had lots of potential, and I am still playing at level 12 but quite disappointed. Greed seems to have forced the developer to put in super rare elements that you have to purchase in the full version, large grindfests that try to make you pay to get ahead, etc...
1/5, could have been better but I don't support this kind of playerbase herding. If it was a great game without paying it would be worth paying to make it better. To have to pay to take it from mediocre to great is just sad.

And one more thing: In the Achievements section, the very last achievement(marked '???') is gained after beating the lv.35 Arena. Not sure about the second last one.

Scratch that. It may be because I've already beaten the game, but I can't fight the last boss for some reason, whereas I can in the full version.

And to those who complain about being 'just a demo', I've compared the full version with the one on Kongregate and found no game-affecting changes, except the Mochigames linking. Everything is the same. I can play the game, start to finish.
Exp gain becomes insanely high when you unlock the last place in the game(the place with the devil head)
IMO though, the level cap should be higher. Leveling up gives people something to do once they've beaten the game.

Yeah, what Comett said . . . there are just way too many places in the game where anything that gives more than 3 xp can kill you with one critical hit, which wouldn't be so terrible except it takes over a hundred hits to bring down. Berserk and attack potions help, but eventually you run out of money.

Nah, Torku, it's not exactly like it, that's why it's called a ripoff. The stuff like the belt, the items (specifically how the potions and townportals are), and the idea of slaughtering evil things is just a lot like Diablo.

When discover this game it's like "aww so cool" but when you get the fact that you have to bash everything you see for hours, then you'll be "aawww shit game"...

Saying this game rips off Diablo is like saying GTA 3 ripped off Mario Kart. Its the same basic genre, and thats it. That said, this game has great production values but terrible actual gameplay. Mobs are very repetitious, and there is little to no balance. You will either breeze through your foes with no effort or have to work your ass off to kill a mob. The compose system is just stupid, with extremely harsh punishments for luck based failures, and horribly rare materials to compose. I had fun until i realized how poorly thought out the game was, a shame, since it had soooo much potential.

This is by far the best RPG on this website, decently sized and quite difficult in places, also fun to play even for extended periods of time, the most deserving 5/5 I have given. Excellent game =)

OK, some one clarify to me, HOW is this game a rip off of diablo? i have yet to see the final boss being Diablo, Different Classes, or hellspawn and undead. so HOW is it a rip off of diablo? just cause the maker said thats it a ARGP like Zelda or Diablo? think before you speak or risk looking like a dumbass people

This game has diablo 2/Legend of Zelda (original) game play but Maple Story creatures and art. 2/5. The 2 is for game play and that's it. :(

Also, level 35 is the max level. So remember that when you are distributing skill points. You can't reset your skill points ever so don't waste them. You want to max out the following:
weapon skill (passive)
Increase all attributes (final is +50)
Bladestorm (best fighting skill period.)
Bladestorm will kill an entire room of monsters. It will hit a boss for 31 attacks and stun them for 10 secs. The attacks are also greater than normal.
Put the left over points into finality of Axe. Axe is the strongest weapon at the end of the game.

OK, I beat the game yesterday and here are my tips...Agility should be your highest stat. Most of the damage you cause comes from learning the weapon not strength. I finished the game with 176 agility (with the 50 bonus points from the skills tree). I had so much agility that most monster couldn't hit me and if they did it was for like 5-10 hps...The Axe tree is the best with Bladestorm being the best skill in the game. The only time I had to use bonus potions was on the last guy. You must us +attack and berserk potion to beat him. You need about 5 attack and berserk potions. Finally, when buying equipment I only bought equipment that raised defense %. My final defense numbers were something like 500+1000. If you can survive monster attacks so what if it takes you a little longer to kill them. I would kill most boss rooms and only use 1 heal potion...makes the game easy. Good Luck

the only difference between this version and the 'full' version is that in the full version you can buy items for real money and save your game to mochi instead of to your PC

this is my favorite game on here... though the leveling up takes a long time, there are lots of items and the composing idea is great!

I'm tired of games only hosting partial versions on Kongregate. That's akin to simply using Kongregate to advertise your game, which is pretty lame. 1/5 for this reason. I second that! =( A shame, because it looks like a really great game!
