This game doesn't want to work for me for some reason. I have tested multiple browsers but none of them worked. They all result in the same thing: A blank screen with music playing...

@trifle Yes because developers make games for lolz, not for money. Ye, right. The adult world is very different than the kiddo world you live in currently.

I think there's a bug with highscore. Got 18.9 on act 1, the level selector show 18s yet i'm still at 20 on the leaderboards.

Is this game really made by the same people that made the first 3 vex games? Because this seems like a serious downgrade from the last game.
There seem to be almost no new features, unlike in the previous games when vex 2 added stars and gravity levers and keys, vex 3 added hard modes and a platformer level selection menu, and had an amazing last level with a timer, there seems to be none of that here, although I havent played very far. The controls seem clunky and slow, levels are uninspired and overly linear, game itself is way more buggy than the last ones (even with vex 3 forever repeating loading screen), platformer lever selector is uninspired too and shouldnt really even be in game, vex 3 atleast had a good level selction screen that quickly showed new features WHILE you were going to next level. The graphics look worse and there is no level editor. Game is playable, but way less fun than vex 3 or vex 2.

List of glitches
1) Hitting down will stop all upward momentum
2) When entering water, hitting up at the right time will shot you underwater, while holding down will stop you as soon as you enter
3) You can clip through wall underwater if you hit a corner at the right angle,
4) In Act 8, you can squeeze past the first saw by grabbing onto the left wall, letting go of left and hitting down (this can be done on any wall to reduce the size of your hitbox)
5) When responding, you can jump in midair if you hit up as soon as you gain control of your vexman
6) In vexation, you can use the first cannon to shoot yourself through the lazer below it. With the right angle, you can hit the checkpoint to your left
7) Crouching on a speed block will stop you. Hitting left or right will crouching will move you
8) While getting up from a slide, hitting down again will make you vexman slide while standing up
9) Restarting while going into the end portal will reset you will a frozen timer

something is wrog with Act 4, becvause in the Youtube walkthrough the ending "green hole" is visible after the last (fourth) cannon, so I can jump in to be warped in the downward "green hole" to finish the game. In this case, it's just impossible to finish the level, because after the 4th cannon there's only blank space in the air, so I can either fall and die or endlessly jump into nothingness :v

One of the worst games i have ever played, the time spent in playing this game.Could have been spent watching anime or going outside or some other lame bullshit this...is s**t.

Shows potential movement seems sluggish. Most challenges come from weird hitboxes, bugs, and movement and aren't the players fault, instead of the challenge coming from the map. Spacebar isn't used at all. I only used mouse for menus. Not bad but not good 4.7/10

Nope. I work in ad-tech, so I'm probably the most sympathetic person you'll find on this site, but Kong is already an abysmal ad experience. The way these run inside the game makes me wonder if Kongregate is even getting paid for them or if it's all going to the pub.

This is such a downgrade. Not only is it worse in graphics, but you took bereeza's music from Azure Mines, i was hype, but it wasn't worth it.

I know the game is literally named vexation, so if the intent is to be annoying, then you certainly achieved that goal. In terms of playability, if you want to have a "do it perfect or start over type" of platformer, then the game also needs to be perfect. Unfortunately, the controls are just not crisp enough, and there are a number of times when you die for no reason. For example you would think being in a cannon is safe until you fire your character, but no, I got kill by a buzzsaw. That literally makes you want to give up on the game. Likewise in regards to dying from falls randomly and other issues. Truly an annoying game. Still fun but not enough to make you want to invest the hours it takes to finish it. Could be better with crisper controls especially buffering the jump a little. Also perhaps reducing the accuracy of the lasers a touch.
