Using a special damage shrine with an orange/lime level 4 and one endgame unit hangs the game. I get the nice spinning wheel of yellow and the mob lit up when it was hit once.. and then nothing.
.. I'm going to stop playing, too much grinding needed. It's either very easy or very hard.. no real balance. The gateways where you have to level are a pain in the butt to need to grind to level up for. Also, they are ridiculously easy... a joke in fact.

xelitespartan9x: if you haven't figured it out yet, the banish cost is what you have to "pay" of your mana if a monster get to the end of the road, this will make it start from the beginning again, if you don't have enough mana when a monster gets to the end of the road, you lose.

On level 45, level up your mana pool spell as much as possible then send 19342398423 waves then mana shrine then level up mana pool spell then mana shrine then damage shrine then xp shrine etc etc for ~9k xp

Well, it only works once. After that you have to click it again. See if your n-button gets stuck or something you would be sending in all waves at the same time. Which is something you don't want, right?:)

Is there a problem with the hot key: N to send the next wave? Mine doesn't seem to be working. It looks like all the others do, though.

Heh, the last level of the game lags soo much because I'm just letting 300 monsters leak through the entire time... and yet my mana still goes up =D

whenever a monster gets thru to your tower you banish it back to the start. It's just how much damage the monster does to do, not a skill.

What does the last little spot for color at the bottom of each stage icon signify? I've beaten every type of battle on the stage, but the whole thing doesn't glow.

It's not impossibly hard. I've only ever gotten stuck on levels maybe once, and that's because I royally messed up my skillset. I've only ever died once on any Arcane Guardian.

superb game, fun and fiendishly challenging, without being overly difficult, if you are struggling try tailoring your stat upgrades to particular stages....

Lack of badge.s is due to cop.y and past.e load games .. but you cant post a sav.e gam.e here because they are too long .. so why is that a p.roblem?? it's kinda stupi.d how some things are done.. who else here agrees?

Needs badges yes..but easier then The first GemCraft and way funner too...Its easy to lvl up and teh monsters are wimps....over all 5/5

The lack of badges is most likely because so many people were experiencing problems with the black screen. Now that it's fixed (at least for me) I would be surprised if Monday's challenge wasn't on this game

BUG: If you get a victory badge for winning 5 levels on sudden death, you get the XP award for the badge, but you don't get the 3X XP bonus. Also, in rare cases, combining an inventory gem with a tower gem directly results in loss of the inventory gem and a mana deduction, but the tower gem stays as before.

learn to fly hasn't either. Gemcraft 0 was here before learn to fly and it has badges. So where the hell are the badges for the top rated game on the whole website?

vilis this came out before learn to fly i think yet it got badges before this. thats what people are saying is that its being skipped. Unless there is a reason for it like the API is faulty or the developer did not implement it.
