I have just started, and I would venture to say that this version has been polished and buffed to the highest of standards. My kudos to the developer for tweaking the mechanics and bringing about a strategic balance to the game. I give it a 5/5 rating.

Same game, different levels. Ok you can now replay levels in different modes and there are those icon things on the maps, but it's not exactly vastly original or different. The other game modes just boil down to more waves, harder monsters anyway. It's still a good game I guess, it's just not a big enough upgrade on the original to be really worth talking about.

i don't know why some of you guys complain about this game, if u don't like hard games that challenges you then don't play this, easy games are boring less fun, in hard games it's total fun when u end this game PLZ (GROW SOME OF U)

I like this one better than the first. And I don't care if there's locked content, as stated, it doesn't cripple you, work around it or go play it on their site. :P

This game introduces a lot more difficulty and the necessity of a strong strategy, which reduces the redundancy that the original ran into. 5/5

Gah! You whiners!
1) This game is the best TD game, hands down. (2) It is *not* too hard, just try to think more. (3) The bonus content is easily available, but you're not even missing much! They didn't cripple the game. I'd even go so far as to say what is locked isn't even much bait to go over there and try it out.
Even with the people giving it 1/5 because they are morons, this game should still be the highest rated game on Kongregate. I'm praying for two impossible badges.
And this game is worth the price, and it's worth a lot more.
Stop complaining and thing before you post, I haven't seen one constructive negative comment and it really annoys me.

For developers to earn the full amount from Kong: "To qualify for an additional 15% of your game’s ad revenue, the game cannot be hosted on any website beyond Kongregate.com, with the exception of your own personal site."
Avery site like this or Armorgames has its own little requirements. Learn to deal.

Ender, I think that when you first check out a board some of the special rounds are highlighted and some are not right? Only the highlighted ones are going to be your x3+ boards. That's why some endurance rounds are 3x and some aren't.

The locked content is *bonus* content, you don't need it, heck, they could've just hidden it and submitted the exact same game if they felt like it and you probably would've rated it 5/5
Fact is, they probably get paid to put the armorgames stuff on there, and to be quite honest they deserve the cash, so kindly sod off and quit complaining :)

Jokergod, that "pile of crap" web site has the#3 and #4 rated games on Kong. If you count gameinabottle's games along with it, it becomes the top 4 games. And between the two there's probably about a dozen games in the top 125 or so. You want armorgames to pull all its games because of the exclusive content? Kong's overall game quality is going to suffer.

Stop sabotaging the ratings. If you hate the game, fine, but don't sabotage its rating just because you're upset that some (completely useless) features are locked. That is very, very lame.

poison trap pown, sure, but you cant do a map only with traps, you can use 1 or 2 trap per map in strategical point ^^
i preferi never build a trap for get +exp

you can ingame tranfers saved files by copypaste the saveline under the save game page ^^
in other game you can do it by copypaste the save file that can be found in your pc : c , documents and settings, username, data application, macromedia, flash player, shared objects, etc ^^ in winzozz ^^

Rune, that's like saying my bank "forces" me to pay my mortgage. I don't have to do it, but that's the contract I agreed to when I bought my house. If the developers who actually create the games don't want to do that, they can find somewhere else to host their games. Gameinabottle obviously feels that ArmorGames, at least for the time being, is ideal.
FWIW, I found Kongregate through Protector, which I first found on Armorgames.com. Now Kong is my site of choice.

Incase you people griping about the ArmorGames exclusive stuff, I've seen at least one game with stuff exclusive to Kongregate. And, incase you haven't notice, ArmorGames is sort of a free website, so what's the big deal?

A lot of the reason websites like Armorgames puts their games on Kongregate is to get more traffic on their site.
Exclusive content helps with that.
And it's not like you have to redo your entire save file. This game lets you transfer save data from one site to the other, so I really don't know what all of you are so angry about.

Huzzah, Armorgames forces all games originally hosted on their site (Forces, not "Agrees") to have exclusive content. It's their fault and their fault alone.

I think we all can agree that exclusive content sucks. That said, why spend so much time complaining about it? It's a fact of life. It's like with movies -- if you want to watch the director's cut, you're going to have to pay for the DVD. HBO's probably not going to air it. Gameinabottle obviously has a deal with ArmorGames. If you get mad at one, you have to get mad at the other, and I'd like to remind you that the two are the source of some of the best, most professional games on Kong. If it's that big a deal, stop playing them, but quit griping about it on the comments section. Take it to the forums.
