What did I get myself into, have completed this game on another site, at level 27 now, now it's coming back to me, this is one EPIC game to complete. Brilliant game all round. Pity about the badges, I would have set this as Impossible, combined the 2 Hard badges, and made it ... complete the game ( map 78 complete ) & beat 10 maps on Arcrane, so you have to reach level 64 then play a little beyond that. Two Hard badges for this ( Hard game ) is unfair. Seems to be the same on all Gemcraft games. 5* rating from me --> Ultra challenge!

the point of this system is so that the game actually requires some skill. If you still gained XP from a loss the game would become like any other game, a grind, were anybody could simple replay the same level 50 times then finish the rest of the levels without thinking.

I don't like that I don't earn any points when I fail a level. I end up getting bored replaying the same easy levels the same way over and over again until I have enough points to try something new. .....This is a great game, though, just it would be more fun for me if I could keep trying at the hard levels until I pass them instead of always going back to the last ones for points.

Gem bombing really helps with the first few levels. After it kinda becomes a panic move against bosses and swarms of very small and fast monsters.

i made a diamond gem on the first level first use all your mana to combine the starter gems to a square use that to defend yourself get 4 new lvl 1 gems the combine all of them then place a lvl 1 gem in the back tower close to your house NOTE you will take some hits........then take the two squares and combine them there diamond gem for the next 4 rounds

Man seriously f*ck this game, talk about a learning curve. I can't even get the easy badge because by the 3rd level the game is so hard you can't make it past the last wave. I have turrets everywhere and the damn bugs still get through. Sad Panda :(

I think the badges are the right levels. The challenges required aren't hard, just time consuming. Impossible is normally something that takes a great amount of luck or skill, and these are just repeatedly grinding levels.

Chapter 0 is by far the worst of the GemCraft series. The first and third installments are both very good, but they screwed up seriously on this one.

Came back to this to see if I could finish it since I hadn't played in a while but then remembered my progress was on a PC that's DOA. This is the one thing I HATE about Kong, they don't store it on their servers unless you PAY for some premium version. Two thumbs down & two middle fingers up

'Significantly more difficult in sudden death and time siege mode, but it is possible to get 5 billion points at each mode.' My best so far is only 67 mil in time siege mode ;(

Lol 20000 people have earned the "This is the Game that Never Ends" badge, i guess we have 40000 parents begging their children to go outside

I love the last badge "Map 78 completed – "Endurance badge" does not even begin to describe this. Go outside. Please. Your family is worried about you." note to self try to finish Labyrinth after this one

Oh man, you gotta be kidding me. I was at last level, wave around 120 and my mana was constantly moving up. I had to extend my mana pool often, because it was constantly filling up. Then, right after one extension, I was left with over 50k mana and suddenly game over appeared. I swear i never noticed drop in mana bigger than 1000, so where did my 50k mana went?

It derped in the middle of the game and wouldn't let me save and all my save files were gone. Nothing I could do would make it save the game, all while playing. Lost so much work

Awesome game, like the other GemCraft games, but there's one excessive feature that Game In A Bottle finally realized was completely useless in these games upon releasing Labyrinth: Hue. Does Hue number really count for anything except color? Why would you care about the color of a monster, or the color of a gem if it's obvious enough?

When I save the game, I'd like to see the stats on the panel change before it fades out, so I'm able to tell whether the save was overwritten with a newer version or not, instead of having to go to the save screen a second time to check.

you can't complete all the content in this game, as "beyond corruption" mode is ever-growing. This can probably work for other games, or maybe in GC2.
