Some advance intel for the fellas approaching the fifth and final epic level: The epic boss has 146000 hit points and 120 armor, and costs 7080 mana to banish. So, obviously, you've got to have at least 14000 mana in the bank (preferably 21000) to allow for a few passes, and load your front towers with purple grade 7's!!!

DOn't ask me how, don't ask me why, but this is better than any other tower defence game i've ever played, (Except maybe momentum missile mayhem)

It took eight months... but tonight I finally beat it. All glowing frames on all levels. On both games.

Once you get the skill that reduces cost of gems/combining then just keep combining 1 gem into grade 1 gems, each time will add about 3 damage and slowly increase bonuses but it will also increase range and shooting speed dramatically over time, get it with splash, mana drain and slow/reduce armour and you'll completely destroy anything with only the 1 gem, works early in the game (Just beat the 2nd epic level) but I'm not sure about later on.
