Text can be read easily, I didn't have any problems with it.
I made it 3rd time, got now every badge, wizard level 82, great game. I also think, this is easier than chapter zero.

I found the easiest way to defeat the final level is not to upgrade gems to level 9+ at all, i did it using 6 gems, all level 7. A heap of moats and moving the purple gem to remove its armor. :| Having lots of mana helps, he made two passes on my defense but had zero armor by the end.

For the final: max out your gem bomb power (and as more other as you can), leave enough mana to give the boss at least 1 extra round. When the mana gets low, use gem bombs against it.

To beat the final level, make a lot of towers and moats on top and a few towers on the bottom. Make sure you HAVE OVER THAN 7000 MANA for the final boss, you can't kill it in one pass. You need to lower its armor with the purple gem (once it gets out of range, move it to another tower) and then it will receive a lot more damage making it much easier to kill.

much like gemcraft chapter 0. this game is too hard too soon. and just like gemcraft chapter 0 it's probably going to somehow get easier......lame

1st Epic lvl is freaken too hard, at the epic boss, i had 7th grade gem, 3 5th grades gems, one 3rd grade. at the end i was bombing to hell (the one that off range) NOW I HAVE TO FARM EXP....

strategy guide: click mana pool until you get a lot of max mana then make the next invasion to came now(at 100000 max mana you can beat the record)

Quite a nice game, kinda busy having to create gems and combine gems and getting your towers up and gem bombing. Completed.. Thumbs uo

level up the highest starter gems upgrade and combine all you can before the first wave then place them and send all the waves as fast as you can akinlang

I did several times... unluckyly i dont have the savefile anymore... Just build "aromor destroyers" (haven't played since quite a long time so I forgot the name)) and some shockers (at high levels they manage to keep a single oponent (=the boss) at one place) everything above Level 8 is imo totally useless... poison might be good too... and with some mana steelers i once managed to keep my mana unharmed for several rounds (shock+manaleech FTW^^)... till he died...^^

Not a bad take on Tower Defense, although a more thorough tutorial would be appreciated. I have no idea what all these gem grades, shapes and colors represent.
