I played this game a few months ago, and it was hard. Really, really hard. Then in the last month I've been playing GemCraft Chapter 0. Came back to this, and it is RIDICULOUSLY easy, at least compared to Chapter 0.

how the hell do you beat the 1st epic? ive tried so many times...and you cant skip it, some people said dont even try, well you have to beat it to continue!

@holy horror the first boss is way harder than the second epic dont give up on it get 2 glows and ull be better play every level for score

@ holyhorror- you have to build up your mana so the boss can pass through once, ( think it's 6400 mana) you pummel him as he goes by the first time, and then you kill him in the second time through.

well... tried to kill the first epic boss 10 times cant win even if i try out all the tipps on the strategy guide this could be better balanced... could anyone give me other tipps? game was very funny untill then also would like to know on what the score points are depending on that's true

Good game, Don't feel like spending that much time for a lousy 80 points so ill do it some other time when im extremely bored :)

Alright, there are way too many stats on these gems. It's just way too much information to take in. Other than that, a cool new TD game.

It is a fun game. But it can be frustrating when the enemies are too tough and you don't have the right gem to deal with them.

Frozac, try to spend all you got in mana pool. Make some lvl 3 gems, make a strong point, middle way more or less and go for gems lvl 4 and 5 when possible, always trying to save some mana to the boss. And if need, bomb it when you have no mana or rooms for try killing him.

think alot of people are having the same problem as me, cant beat the 1st epic level, im lvl24 and still cant get the boss past half health

my strategy for hard lvls is that you get ur starter gems and put them in the tower. then as you go on for a short while, you get more gems then combine them with the gems in the tower then when you have like enough mana, you go to the gem maker, go to the grade 1 gem and hold [control] and click. you should get alot or a little depending on the # of your mana and save them for the bosses. then when u run out of gems for the bombs, get more when u have alot mana. then continuously combine gems for the towers when no wave is on. when u have nothing to do, start next wave. oh yea, and you should put towers in the best places and use those things that slow down the enemy and put them where there is more then 1 tower in range. ALWAYS have at least 1 gem in a tower. if the first tower is out of range of the final boss, then use it as a bomb. rate up so everyone can see or if helpful.

ryan hue is the gems relavnt color, also each color (even mulits) has a certain hue that powers it's attack/skill even more!
