I agree with some of these. Great game but could do with a few changes...
Wood needs to spawn in different locations to trebuchets, upgrades need to have more affect (50% or more) and maybe a choice between attacking down different routes?

Shouldn't have to wait for the worker to return to base before he can collect another wood pile or repair another treb.

I finally beat the level in question by purchasing the more expensive tower first. I immediately sent my worker to pick up wood that popped up, even though he would get hit by fire from the closer tower. I used to wood to push army production, so my knights overwhelmed the first tower. The second tower fell, but luckily a second set of wood spawned, so I grabbed that and built BOTH towers. After that, it was an easy victory, and I got a gold medal for it!

I really like this game but it's boring getting started since you have to play lvl 1 about 50 times to get any realistic upgrades.

The trebuchet is a nice idea - but the way it's implemented, it's like a penalty, not a bonus. If you don't use it, no bonus logs show up - and if you do, you waste precious seconds building the bastard while the computer is getting its continuous stream of upgrades.
Fix it or remove it - or just admit to everyone that it's a random penalty.

Great…my worker is dead ._.
I have a castle, thousands of knights, no money but wood and just one worker? ._.
Really?

Enjoyed the game very much but as a million others have pointed out the mechanics of the little woodcutter guy could use an overhaul.

so we can get soldiers with full steel armor and a shield and a sword yet we cant get a guy with leather clothes and an axe?

I feel that this game had great potential, but the author simply got tired with it and hastily finished it. Had the strategy been just a tad deeper, and more variety in choices between units and gathering and this would have been a good game. As it stands now, 2.5/5

LVL 3 on Hard is immposible... to strong enemy.. he upgrades like a boss.. and i cant... i cant belive that i have to farm ma upgrads so hard on normal diffeculty :( FIX THAT

Needs work. The worker complaint is valid, keyboard shortcuts for restarting the level or increasing the speed would be nice. Also, lacks any semblance of depth. A decent start, but needs some features.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
In the later game areas, it seems like the enemy hits full production at some point and can't be killed without the use of the trebuchet.....which OCCURS RANDOMLY.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
3/5. If worker respawned or you could buy a replacemnt 4/5. If the game didn't pause when I left the screen & it had a speed button 5/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
dos the speed upgrade effect the units attack speed or movement speed? and i think that trebuchets should spawn differently that wood piles as it forces you to make a trebuchet to get more wood piles. 4/5

My success in harder difficulties sometimes comes down to whether or not enough trebuchets spawn before the enemy overpowers me.

As Toge111 said, some of the upgrades need further explanation and multiplying the resource values by 100 would allow for more noticeable changes from the percentage based upgrades.
I also agree with frae2 and SkipMe, the wood cutter should not move, balance income by adjusting the gather rate, not by having him move randomly. Also the enemy gatherer should be a valid target. 3/5, Solid base, I like it, but needs some fine tuning.

How about a little "are you sure you want to quit?" message before I quit. Untill computers are directly connected to peoples brains, there will be those who accidently hit the quit button.

It's very frustrating to lose your worker. Maybe allow to cancel the current construction/action or buy another worker.

i hate it when people rate games low because the lost

I Lost in Hard mode with all upgrades in max Oo 1/5

2/5 Soldiers don't attack some towers, so you have the choice to wait for your defeat or quit. Targets should be set for units... Once you have enough gold/upgrades the game become suddenly far too easy.
Not a bad idea, but MUST be improved.

Love how, prior to the fix of the "loading issue", everything worked fin for me and now I get a big black box and nothing else.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The worker moves when he's not being attacked and doesn't move when he's getting hammered. Maybe he thinks all those arrows and swords are helping him?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Okay, what is the deal with my lumber getting taken to repair a tower, and then the bad guys getting it instead? WTH?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I understood
the game is based on "game restart".
Battle > Upgrade > Loose > restart from the begining "Continue" with upgrades avaible.
HAve fun while playing it!

There are some things, which could change: 1. Let my worker respawn, when he get killed. 2. Give more money at the end of a round. It is to much grind. Or make the shop-items cheaper. 3. Make something, that let the worker move faster. For example workershoes in the shop. 4. Make more descriptions in the shop.

there are alot of issues with the game and im sure everyones seen them, workers/death.gather chopping choice/ % as in shops. itd like to know how far an achivement goes as well, everyone time i finish ti theres another in tis place and at the bottom about 5 of them are above 7 which im sure must be a break as well. either way its a good game. few little fixes and tactical choices mixed in with explained upgrades and full achivment list and youve got yourself a big game. im gunna get back to playing now :D

I didn't get the second level the first go, after getting the hang of it, there seems to be the same formula for every level. I guess it requires some quick thinking and clicking, though you can pause the game if you want to relax, or your little brother is bothering you.

this game really need Hotkeys for Game Speed... i find it tiring that i have to click Pause, click 2X, click Resume to get some quick lumber and get my Tower and then click Pause again and then click 3X, Resume, to finish off the fight...
