Good original concept, however with a game so short it almost feels like a cheap trick to make you replay the same level several times. Also I really don't like that you need to wait for the boss pattern to reach the right point before you can shoot, it makes the game length even more artificial, forcing you to max out time limit with no good reason... 3/5.

really nice just too short not really hard but funny a sequel whit more upgrade and harder whit 2-3 stage or just a expension this level +2-3 more(whit the same time )so we can finish the first one got a new gun kill the first boss faster see more in the second and challenge the time

The difficulty curve of this game is perfect, I liked getting a little bit further the more I learned and upgraded and even the boss was fun, it took me a couple of tries until I nailed down his pattern. Even the upgrade pricing was perfect, the meager handful I was getting at the beginning was exactly what I needed to until I expanded. Great game, can't wait to see more.

GOOD GAME!!!
TIPS: Just max your time... you should keep up to 10 bullets when going to the boss... use the shortcut at the left... wait the boss till it go down then shot once only

FYI on boss - multiple hits do not work. Just look at his life bar (the vertical colorful bar on the top right). Basically just use 1 bullet each time he falls. + for others to know.

2/5. Boss too hard. Everytime he drops down and is on the ground I unload all my bullets (maxed out, so twenty, and power maxed as well). Still doesn't die.

Highly enjoyable bit of cheeky humour! I especially loved how quickly and easily Johnny died from the get go - the scant couple seconds at the beginning really made you want to laugh and punch the developer at the same time! Kudos on balancing the game upgrades with the level design - albeit short.
I disagree with some others that there should have been much more upgrades - those would probably "break" the level design as it were - an alternative is to implement other types of upgrades in a sequel or in a "different campaign" with a different hero?
Good job!

Nice game but its kinda short and the boss was hella easy. :))) Anyway, this game is fun please add more levels and other upgrades :P

The game seems short, buts its much better than game that make themselves seem long by taking 5 seconds to start and end every level. Very fun =).

It's a cool idea, but it gets boring after 10 minutes. That's how long it took me to get to the boss. Try adding some other element it feels like it's missing something. 3/5

i tried a gazilions time to beat the boss until i realized that altrough it was cooler to dodge them by jumping it was pretty impossible so i stopped jumping...didn't lose a heart...F.M.L

I'd have a constantly terrified look on my face if I knew I was going to explode in 2 minutes, too... Well played, sir or madam.

short and sweet. Obviously, having an upgrade for Johnny to learn how to shoot UP would break the boss fight, but still would have been nice ^*

You CAN physically hit the boss with a shot (before the intended time), because he doesn't move as high when doing the spinning shot just before the gateway shots, however it won't register as a hit. So annoying.

Armor Games: Breaking Eardrums since Gondor (I haven't played yet. Just commenting on the ear-shattering noise at full volume in ever Armor Game I play. I'm sure it's fun though!)

Great little game! I can't tell you how hard I mashed keys at the beginning trying to move! Everything was great about this game, the graphics style, fluidity of movement, and upgrades of course. The music was perfect for the atmosphere and the only thing I can think to add, would be MORE UPGRADES and MORE LEVELS! If you take the time to churn out another one of these, I'm sure it will hit the front-page once again! 5/5 dude

Out of curiosity...was this inspired by Donkey Kong Country in some way? The boss is very similar to KAOS and the placement of coins is similar to the placement of bananas.
