I was supposed to be working hours ago and kongregate always have very addictive games. I've tried several idle games, this is by far the best! Nice
Support troops in War Zone contribute to part of your DPC, as well as provide support power (120 attacks per day). Early game this may not be as huge part, but late game it tends to provide majority of DPC and damage, as you deploy consistently and upgrade the units as well.

So, if your computer goes to sleep whilst you have the window open on the bootcamp screen it doesn't always work. For example, I had 1 hour until next % when I left. 12 hours later, I still do.
Might be worth looking into fixing.
While we do handle off focus (and sleep should fall under the same) - and update the game when browser speed is detected to slow down because of it, and then reinit the game as "idle gain" (invisible to the user). Perhaps something else is happening with sleep mode, that doesn't cause it though. So will test it out when we can and try to fix this if we can replicate. Thanks for the report!

Does anyone else have two song tracks playing at once at sometimes??? I tried muting other stuff but the problem returned.
It's been a while since I've seen this report, as we did made a major fix to this, and seems it doesn't prevent it in all cases. What browser are you using?

Folks if you like saving your game make sure your Kong profile name is in the top left of your game window.
I had been progressing for about 30 minutes before I read about the profile problem. Reloaded the browser and got to start from scratch again. My profile works now, but sure do wish that wasn't a thing.
Uf wish I could replicate this somehow to take some logs and see what happened. I'm assuming the kong authentication script didn't load properly and detect a Kong account and then just loaded a guest one. What's weird though, is that the game had to create a Kong account first, as if it didn't, once your Kong account would be detected over a Guest account's progress, it should've simply taken that account's progress.

I haven't privatised yet, but it seems it is based on the amount of times you have reset your progress 'deploy' I don't believe that's 100% fair. As an example, 2 players both reach the privatise requirement, one can have 40 points the other 100 or maybe more. The difference being players who deploy at the +100% mark and others who wait till maybe +500% or more. I believe it should be based on the total Power Points made. Obviously there are other solutions, just thought I'd bring this to your attention. (I'll be deploying at the lowest amount from now on)
Apologies if I missed your point, but how many privatization points you get is NOT based on number of deploys at all, it is based only on the amount of PP you have when you privatize.
The benefit of deploying more often merely results in more support unit troops being sent to War Zone, which is a strategy many use to optimize their progression in War Zone. Hope that clears it up ):

Seeing as how you refuse to listen to your players, I will award you 1 star. The "10 clicks per second" cap has now lost me the same achievement three times in a row as well as lost me the refuel challenges a total of 6 times now because I accidentally clicked too fast. I refuse to play a game that punishes a player for doing it well. You already have the fuel consumption to limit the meaningfulness of clicking to begin with, why add yet another hurdle for players? Until I see that change, I'm out, and I leave it at 1 star.
The cap is there for balancing reasons, not to annoy players. If there was no cap, Boss battles would be completely exploitable by 3rd party autoclickers. Clicking too fast should not trigger the revert, as front end should catch it and not even register any extra clicks. But there do seem to be some cases where it somehow doesn't do it, so we will soon be reworking that front end filter.
May I ask which achievement did you not reach? And that's the first time I hear about it being a TC issue, as it should be unrelated, so if that happened several times I'll be happy to investigate. Did the reversal popup appear in the middle of TC ( after first clicking start)?

So, with an income of 2,09e120/s my reward for clearing the 4 daily tasks was 413.55e120. I hope there is a bug involved, otherwise the ~200 second jump is more frustrating of a reward than none at all. But keep it up otherwise!
That reward need to be improved, as currently it simply doubles your current Power Points available once you claim it, which makes it in a lot of situations really bad indeed
As some of our balance is dependent on click speed (i.e. Boss battles) we had to impose a speed limit that most can reach, to grant a good experience. Actually an average CPS most can maintain easily (Without destroying their wrist) is 5-7. Plus if the limit's too high then using 3rd party autoclickers is "necessary to compete". Once we improve our in-game autoclicker we can consider increasing CPS for that one.

A lot of the War Zone rankup rewards are very underwhelming, the rewards for ranking up are only a fraction of what you get from a enemy unit destruction.

how do I know if I'm register on the game or not? because I never saw any register and just went straight into the game
If you see your kong username in game you're good. I assume you saw a prompt to register in in-game profile? It's a display bug that we'll fix soon, and afaik happens once on your first game load, so if you refresh the game it shouldn't show anymore

At one point, cost of upgrades are 900e108; 7,89e111; 1000e111; 1000e111; 1000e111; 1000e111... Beyond that it should be 1e113 instead 1000e111, is that big step in cost ok?
There are some "gaps of upgrades in the game", as otherwise it would be a linear progression. There specifically, there's a wall as on e110 you get the use of a privatization which will boost you beyond that quite quickly.
Plus, we also will be improving progression speeds at various points in the following weeks, so try to reduce any too slow experiences at various points.

Yes, I click alongside autoclicker, and the issue is more likely to happens when refuelling with autoclicker on. However, there were also issues with only autoclicker activated (no manual clic), just entering PvP battles. Sometimes I use a Python script I wrote to clic (I confess), but this particular problem was verified when not using it.

Frankly, I can not tell. but I think there was no much loss, not sure.
Thanks for extra clarification! I've seen rare similar reports which I assume have something to do with in/out of focusing handling and causing some weird issues, using AC. Hope we can get to the bottom of any of those as well.

It seems the free gold doesn't work, I went and played Island Experiment on Facebook for 50 kreds it says, I came back to fine NO kreds, so a waste of time.
This is unfortunately not in our control, and with offers you should typically contact/use the support in the offer provider popup, and if an offer wasn't credited if you provide proof they in my experience will then credit it. If they don't, then you should likely take it up with Kong support.

Convert and Deploy options do nothing. Go through confirmation menus, says I've gained bonuses, but nothing resets and I gain no contractors.
Does anything "rollback/Revert" or do you by any chance get a popup for some progress revert before that? Did this happen to you just once or several times?

I mute the BGM for both modes, but when I switch modes, the BGM is back, and even after doing it again and hitting save settings, opening the settings menu shows that the BGM is not muted, and switching modes brings it back, and your settings menu doesn't work.
Hmm, we used to have an issue with this but fixed it about a month ago, and I can't replicate your issue right now either.
Can I ask you to try again, and if it still doesn't work, get me a screenshot of your current settings if possible?

I think it'd be better to divide the game on factions rather than actual countries, imho it'd give a chance for players not on the top 5 countries to be on the spotlight rather than not being able to do nothing due to not having a big enough playerbase on their country.
It would definitely simplify a lot of things, but why we haven't done this yet as we believe country way of doing it is a niche/take on it a lot like as well. We want to reconsider some "country change" option still, that would make it much better as is, and if we can't find a good way to do that we might consider factions/clans at some point. But yeah, most players would probably prefer it.
It's just a big step/move to change in the game at this point, and one that could be bad for players that do like it, so we don't want to rush a decision on that end. We really want to focus on various improvements/bugfixes/balance for a while and when that's more out of the way we'll be able to get to thinking about that properly.
Which version are you using? Just checked on a few comps at the office and there's no border on any of them - there used to be ages ago, but we updated how cursor work quite a while ago. So would be happy to know which version to look at.

hey.. found it interesting for a while. Multiple times now it's reset my progress back around a half hour or so. What an amazing game to have an unfortunate bug like that crop up. Using Chrome on Mac.
Was this in Boot Camp or War Zone? If it's BC, it tends to happen only in early game, if its WZ it's likely you're clicking more than 10 clicks/second which we have a limit on. We're aware of this rare bug/issue and tried to get rid of it completely a few times before, and in the following days we're doing focused work on getting rid of some of these annoying bugs.

About lower privatization requirement, if current requirement is 1e110, and I convert one lower (reduce to 1e100), the "next privatization requirement" is 1e110 or still 1e120?
The next one would be e110. Essentially that upgrade "forgets" that you made a privatization (but not its bonuses). Just to clarify 100% - So if priv reqs are e100,e110,e130, and you're currently at e110. Then if you lower the req, it will go down to e100, and if you privatize it will go back to e110 NOT e130.

So, does the farming mode on the war zone actually do anything? Like, how do you actually get it to run? Because I got it to work only once, and from then on, enabling and disabling it doesn't seem to do anything, and it continues to progress in battle number anyway.
Farming mode only "works" on the battle before a boss battle. So i.e. every 4th, 14th, 24th battle.
Due to the way we save state and maintain every randomly generated unit's data, we unfortunately can't easily allow to "farm at any battle". Plus, farming the highest unit (as it consumes fuel anyway) is typically the most optimal, even if you could farm a lower one.
* unless if it was for purposes of achievements etc., which when we improve them we could try to extend farming as well, but it's not straightforward

Thank you to everyone who warned that this game becomes p2w. Haven't seen the devs explain how they fixed that, so I'll be moving along before I hit the pay wall.
I'm more of a "watch videos to win" kinda player myself :P
In short: We've done a bunch of changes that enables everyone to have a great experience/progress constantly. Mainly being sped up progression at all stages, introduced more gold gains & time warps via playing via added daily rewards, promo codes, events.
Earlier this week we also changed the videos to always reward in case of no ad availability so users aren't country-affected there as well.
If someone is driven by the top rankings, it is hard to remove p2w from there completely. What we can/have improved is to just ensure that the general game experience doesn't have huge pay walls, and that anyone can reach super end game, keep progressing and have a fun experience.

Sell % should visibly modify Production numbers in Events. I didn't actually realize I was selling below my unit requirements for a rather long time.
Indeed, it's quite unclear for a new player to events. We'll keep this in mind for the next event, and make efficiency, rate changes more clear somehow.

how about to have a party for warzone to bear easily the levels with friends (team will play at lowest player's level) parties will have 1-4 members and u can join/crate one with ID...and on events if u buy the event boost is for all events ?
Sounds like a neat idea. We want to have a think about friends/Clan system in the near future, but at the same time we don't want to over-complicate/make too many parts/Subparts in the game. The code for this game has become huge/complicated so reworking some of core things like that could become a nightmare to code in this version.
Perhaps making it only in events could let us bypass that and still make a different/interesting event. Something to keep in mind for sure!
Have you been spying on us? That's exactly what we'll be doing, and why we're also welcoming any feedback about this first event so we can improve on it for the Christmas one :)
We have some potential mastery system on our backlog, but that is something we'll consider doing in early 2019, as we have tons of more pressing bugfixes, QoL, balancing lined up for rest of 2018.
We also want to expand on country upgrades after we release CvC so we definitely could look in that direction as well some time in the future :)

Where did the sponsor's video go? Since days I can't see then because an 'We're out of offers to show in your region - Please try again later', but a friend doesn't have this issue! So, what's the f***?
If we'll find a few extra hours we'll try to finally resolve this before events this Friday, and change it so that even in cases of errors/no ads you'll get the rewards. This one's been dragging on long enough we need a good solution to improve your experience here.

for the bug I say previously... it just say me to confirm and I confirm once then when I try to deploy it says me to confirm for the previous bribe...I try to reject but it didnt let me...anyway thanks for giving me back my gold :)
