I keep being logged out when I try to collect daily challenges. I've tried everything you've suggested, many, many, many times. Maybe you should migrate us all to War Clicks as this isn't working.
Also, it appears that most people who have these issues still are playing on Chrome, and for some it was resolved by trying to play from Firefox. Could you perhaps give that a try and see if it helps?

The game has been near-unplayable for me since the back-end server move; logins hang about half the time at "100%", and occasionally do the "revert to new game" thing. In-game, several things hang from time to time, especially (but not only) the "Verifying mission result" screen; if that happens the only fix is to reload and play the login lottery again. Chat has also been empty 100% of the time for me, specifically since that move. Yes, I've tested it on an entirely fresh browser with no extensions/adblock/etc at all; the behaviour there was exactly the same.
It appears that most people who have these issues still are playing on Chrome, and for some it was resolved by trying to play from Firefox. Could you perhaps give that a try and see if it helps?
Chat works currently on my end - usually a refresh or two might fix it for you, otherwise I'd recommend at least trying this: Go to settings, change something, save settings, refresh - does it maybe fix the chat?
If that doesn't help, it has to be something related to your cookies/browser settings/anti virus etc. In which case I'd recommend, at least for a test, to turn off any browser protection/antivirus etc. and see if that helps. <- Obviously turn any of that back up after the test, but at least might help isolate the issue, and if it fixes you, give you a choice if you might want to add an exception for warclicks.com domain.

Why does my antivirus tell me it's blocking connection to smores(dot)tv due to SSL certificate is not trusted, every time I load this game lately? --- "The Certification Authority has revoked certificate validity. Your connection may be now spied upon or you may be redirected to a fake site."--- I only get this on your game page, does this have to do with your change of servers or whatever it was you did recently?
This should be nothing new - our main game has offerwalls integrated (to earn extra gold), but that is disabled on Kongregate, however scripts are still being loaded generally as it's a feature otherwise accessible from other 3rd party sites. So this has always been there, but essentially not working - added to the list to try more gracefully disable/not fire at all on kong, but honestly no idea when we'll get to that.

No we won't/be can't move back to old servers - they were way too inefficient and costly. The new setup is actually more performant, but required a few changes that caused some other issues - most of which should be resolve now (we actually did a few more improvements the past few days, that might resolve various issues you perhaps had)

The game was absolutely broken when it moved servers, will it be fixed, will it stop forgettion automation settings and stop showing John_Doe and reset stats?

A while back I had a similar problem to the rest of you. I was unable to get into my game session.
1. Try to switch between bootcamp and warzone, until the game loads seamlessly. Save and exit.
2. Try to open the game in another browser or device. Do step 1 again until you are able to switch between bootcamp and warzone quickly. Save and exit.
3. Go back into your original browser see if it works. You might have to keep refreshing a few times to get in.

Thanks for posting the tips for others! However I just wanted to add, that in the past few days we've done some other improvements, that should hopefully reduce potential issues automatically, for anyone who had them recently!

Come on, this has become ridiculous. One time I load everything is normal, next time I load the game I'd have to start from scratch, next time I load the progress in lvls, gold, battlestars etc is normal, but Research and Daily Missions are reset to 0 and settings are back to 0...

Got my progress back, though its been acting a big glitchy when I go to get a misson reward. It will freeze, then when I reload the page, its like a new game again, so I'll have to go back in clear the cookies again to get it back. But other then that, I've been able to play like normal

What is the deal with this game, honestly. I've been playing for over a year and never have I had such garbage experience with save files. If you can't manage to have cloud saving function seamlessly, you should get the game to recommend local saves for the users or something. Imagine playing and game and each time it's like a coin flip whether your progress loads up or not.... I cleared cookies and got my progress back yesterday, then today it is showing as new game, I refresh and progress is back but buggy, refresh again and it's new game again, refresh again and progress is back. What is different about your game that makes this necessary vs. all the other games out there, just curious?
Mainly it's because it is a multiplayer game and verifies all user actions on backend, which 99% other games don't. So it can't be saved to local. And the auth system it uses is based on cookies, which is so outdated, and has been made redundant/complicated a lot by various browser updates over the years, and we don't have the time/budget to rework the game completely. That's the situation of it. We know it's not perfect and it's annoying for people, but we still keep it supported and online as many people enjoy it.
We'll also still be looking at some remaining issues after the server cluster switch in the following days

excuse me, i was a bit angry, now its all back without clearing the cache, what could have made Problems with my other games on Kong.
No worries, we understand the frustration - we tried to make the cluster switch without this change in cookies, but it was not possible.
To anyone reading and having these issues - just delete cookeis for warclicks.com domain, and you should be able to get reauthenthicated properly
Sorry for this awful experience - you deserve to be angry at that annoyance. We tried everything we reasonably could to make to a smooth server transitions, but ran out of options :/

Alright so I got my game back but i hate deleting cookies because i can't specify certain ones n worry about losing game data n such like i did withForge N Fortune. I was on the last boss n closing in on that 6000 museum badge
You can delete just domain specific cookies (you need to delete just for warclicks.com domain). We posted a video in our discord, to recap shortly: Open Developer tools (F12 or right click + inspect), Storage (or Application tab, depending on browser) -> Cookies -> right click and delete all for warclicks.com domain
Can you please also make sure that you have 3rd party cookies enabled (or an exception for warclicks.com domain) as that is required for the authentication to work.

mrbb629642 - Delete your cache and cookies or open in Private Mode. It's not a big deal and nothing is lost you're just pointed to the wrong thing relax.

So it's possible, that you will not be immediately redirected to your "main account" (or face a black/white screen issue), in which case please try and delete your browser cookies for warclicks domain

Please try refreshing the game once or twice - if you don't see your Kong username in the top left of your game profile name, it means somehow session didn't log you in properly, so a refresh usually resolve the issue.

When trying to deploy, support units are at 0% instead of 190%. It appears as 190% for a split second then gets reset to 0%.

Santa event was going fine, and the territory progress has now frozen. Restarting the game, still shows it at territory 1, with no movement. Bummer.
Sorry for late response - but this is usually caused by you simply setting sell % at 100%, thus no damage is being done as there's no ammo being left over

I'm not getting a chance to privatize at 1e120. Requirement went from 1e110 to 1e130. The "Country Reward" that lowers requirement would bring it back to 1e110 so game does correctly consider that this was my last one.

Enabled 3rd party cookies, disabled ad-blocker, added warclicks to exceptions, tried on both Chrome and Firefox, game still won't let me play. In another comment, dev replies "old tech games are like that", yeah sure out of thousands of games on Kongregate this is the first time this is happening to me in years.
We never said that, not in that way at least - our game has some tech built that requires cookies and it's not easy/quick to rework - but you seem to have done everything on that end, so that's unlikely the issue here. And our game is different in the sense that it requires backend/server communication, which most games on kongregate do not.
From your reply it's hard to say what sort of issue exactly you are experiencing - any chance you could send more info to DM, i.e. where exactly are you getting stuck, what error are you seeing, and likely to help debug, we'd need some logs from browser console to have a better idea what's going on specifically in your case.

Requires me to change my privacy settings before it'll let me play, just as well I already have the badge as I'm not lessening my privacy settings that protect me from scammers
Unfortunately old tech of game requires cookies for authentication, so you could just add warclicks.com domain as exception for those.
However we understand if not - in which case we could suggest to play outside of kongregate, directly on warclicks.com (but there's no Kong badges there)
