In Army Setup, "best ratio" works properly for "basic", but for "support units" it does absolutely nothing. I have no idea what to invest in. And where are the videos to earn huge bonuses, that the game promises? Lastly, where are the March codes?
Yeah only BC has "proper idling", even when you're not there, so only way to idle is having in-game AC on warzone while it's open.
Uncommon dev note: If you're so bothered, feel free to also use a 3rd party autoclicker for that - the game has preventions in place that don't allow it to be registered more than in-game limits. But once you get the in-game one, you wouldn't need to use a 3rd party one at all.
Nope unfortunately no way - the client-frontend architecture & how warzone plays is extremely complex to replicate idle time/usage for. Would have to rework whole codebase to make something like that possible unfortunately - WC is a 7 years old game, when active/clicking play was not as frowned upon. Would definitely make it different these days if making it from scractch :)

Ugh, the requirements for the badge weren't clear. For anyone wondering, in the profile "Score" and "Damage done" are 2 categories.
In game I highlighted the star on the left, it says "Score - Your damage done..." but this does not count for the "Deal 3M damage" for the badge :\
Progress definitely shouldn't be erased from an account - please try to refresh once or twice and make sure you Kong username shows up in the top left of the game. Perhaps you got logged out/not authenthicated properly and detected as a guest/new account instead.

well, apparently Guest accounts dont save, a warning for everyboy doing the badge, do it in a single playthrough. DO NOT refresh the page

My account is a Guest despite well, being on kongregate, and sending this message on my account, i have been a guest for quite a while. A manual login could solve this issue, maybe you can choose at the loading screen which account to use

The autoclicker overheating is such a disgusting case of creating a problem and then selling the solution. The cost of this perk is 15,000 coins which sells for 220 Kreds which would cost $30 USD to acquire. At least the coin pack isn't priced in a predatory way, so there's that.
It's part of incremental automation/QoL unlocks and indeed monetization, we priced it at a rate that's also easily achievable by collection a ton of free gold sources regularly. Autoclicker also quite regularly goes on a 50-70% discount, usually once a month.

It says you can earn "huge bonuses" by watching videos...I have never seen any opportunity for that in-game. Is this splash screen info outdated or am I blind?

I thought today's BOTD was gonna be "Level up soldier! Badge" for some reason, but it's "Climbing the Ranks Badge", which is much easier to get.

Please please please make the autoclicker start again automatically, after the cooldown period. ...or just remove the cooldown period altogether, what's its point in a idle game?

Dropping a possible solution for one of these issues:
"stuck at initializing", "doesn't load", "lost ALL my progress/am logged out", "black screen"
These can be caused by a few reasons::
1) Rry refreshing the game once or twice, as sometime the kong's auth API does not properly work
2) Could be related to browser's policy on 3rd party storage/cookies - unfortunately the game relies on some older
auth tech that is based on browser cookies - and as the game is hosted on Kongregate as iframe, it requires 3rd party approval.
So please try allowing 3rd party cookies - you can allow it only for the domain "warclicks.com" - you don't need to allow it globally.
3) If you are using Firefox, try using Chrome. If you are using Chrome try using Firefox. Sometimes one can have very specific settings on one browser,
so switching to the other might help fix the issue quickly, without having to dive deeper into it.

Be sure to click the coins in the "current mission" (left side of "Missions and Goals") when it says you finished a "mission". It doesn't automatically collect if it's only one choice, and anything you do afterwards won't progress those "onboarding missions" retroactively. The game slows down a lot over time, so they will become much harder to complete.

Make sure you are actually logged in, refresh a few times if it does not have your username. I played for a bit and tried to get it to sync and the only way it worked was me losing everything and refreshing the page, thus starting over.

I was stuck at "initializing", but I fixed it by logging in to Kongregate on a different browser and it seems to have fixed it.

Having to turn the autoclicker back on every time it's done with the cooldown is so annoying! How am I gonna reach level 50 tomorrow for the BOTD? It takes way too long to get and I'm supposed to have this game open all day long while restarting the autoclicker every minute to keep it going.

interface is so unreadable, hardly have any idea what i'm doing... perhaps devs intentions were good, but the result is even worse than average idle crap.

When in the War Zone, and the action stops for a PVP match, the timers for the DPC modifiers keep counting down. They should stop as well, as you lose out on basically 1/3 of the time dealing with PVP mechanics.

Played for about an hour but it kept saying that I needed to log into my Kong account to save (I am logged in). I then figured it would save via cookies (as it said) but I glitched a boss so I refreshed the page and now all of my progress is gone, as if I was never playing the game. Something's broken
Hmm, nothing I can see wrong with your account state. Can you make sure your browser allows 3rd party data/cookies (can be only from domain warclicks.com), in case that's causing an issue with authentication. I would also suggest trying a different browser (i.e. Chrome, FF) just to see if some browser update/setting broke it for you. Does the War Zone provide any boost to the Boot Camp? After acquiring the hard badge, can we totally ignore the War Zone while attempting to get the impossible badge?
It does indirectly with weekly competition badge rewards (player score, country score, levels gained comps) providing permanent BC production boosts, and from the CHQ you can get once per month "privatization requirement reduction", which is a very crucial boost at the very late stages.
The latter one is almost mandatory if you want to reach impossible badge sooner, and weekly badges would certainly add up as well. But I guess you could do without - I would at least recommend participating in events we run once a month, as those usually get you an easy 10-25% perma production boost. And of course at least claim the daily rewards for extra Time Warps etc.
Some extra info for others reading this: If you're having issues connecting to your Kong account in game - please try deleting cookies for "warclicks.com" domain, and then refreshing once or twice. And if that on its own doesn't help, please make sure you have 3rd party cookies enabled (ideally just for warclicks.com domain, as it's required for our dinousar of an authenthication system)

In warzone, army setup, DPC is wrong after first load if tier >=2. The best DPC/BS ratio is also wrong based on the above value.
Please just try to refresh once or twice, it's possible that the Kong API for authenthication wasn't properly synced with our and as such the game created a new guest account for you. Usually trying a refresh or two until you're properly connected (i.e. when you see username in the game top left) does the trick!

Every time I try to go into the event, it just stays on the loading screen and never goes any further. I am playing on Firefox.
I assume you have FTR version? I've seen 2 others have this issue, and what they did was go and start the event on Chrome and play for a few minutes, then they were able to continue properly on FF FTR as well.

It should be more obvious when a unit needs to be clicked on. Especially when it's open on my second monitor and I don't want to look at the numbers.
Sorry to hear that - you mean the badge progress specifically - I assume you got a partial revert of progress? If so, I'd just recommend trying to reach that part again - unfortunately the partial progress reverts are not 100% avoidable due to some old code architecture :/
