Wouldn't it just be easier to disable one of the vehicles so that all of the other ones would pile up behind it and cause hours of traffic nightmares?

no, i don't want to spend my upgrade points on your useless gun that removes 40% armor in a small area, i'd better spend them on 50% armor-penetrating bullets for my cannon. wait, i'm not allowed to do that... why?

What if this was all a big misunderstanding, the people that were coming were just bringing flowers, puppies, and really big missiles to aid them.

For those complaining about needing to click too much with the cannon - you realize you can hold down the mouse button, right?

This is so close to being a great game. I think what I find even more annoying than the lack of persistent upgrades is the fact that this turns into a puzzle game by the end, we are forced to figure the correct weapon and upgrade path the creator designed for each level rather than having the freedom to develop our own strategies. Also, why would mines only be able to be dropped in one area?

gotta admire the enemy commander's vision of making his all-terrain tanks stick only to the long twisty roads we built

I also go the black screen. Inspection had this error: undefined:1 Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: The play() request was interrupted by a call to pause().
Note: Has a BubbleBox banner, but I tried it there and the black screen came with a screen of errors! :P

Enemy Lieutenant: Sir, how can we destroy our opponents? We're running out of ideas.
Enemy Commander: Hmmmmm........ (Lightbulb) We'll do the unexpected: make troops that kill our own soldiers when they die.

Bummer, I liked to come back and play this game from time to time and now it is unplayable. I guess it's something we will have to be getting used to.

The game is decent but the survial mode is total nonsense. All that trouble to beat the game and we start with 0 upgrades, and no cash to buy upgrades for the 1st 4-5 rounds? Pure crap, fix this oversight and the game will be much better.

best combo is both mines, and cannon evenly upgraded with armor pen on mines maxed and your good to go, never ned anything else

I made a video for those of you who want to see how to get the "Survival Instincts Badge". Its okay quality and pretty much shows which skills to get and where to place mines and which mobs to focus on.
Rate this up if you like the video.

I really enjoyed this game, but I have to admit that the balancing is way off. The main missions were trivial, with most of the upgrades being useless (get armour piercing on the cannon, and just upgrade cannon damage, and you win). The survival mode was very challenging, but you had to use a very different set of skills than in the main missions. Some of the most useless upgrades in the main missions (the armor eater) were almost vital in survival. Make a sequel, and test it out more rigorously for balance.

I also have the black screen after the logo. I tried refreshing, clearing cookies and cache, switch the browser to internet explorer, firefox, and chrome, and restarting my computer. I can't get it to work.

So... did anyone else just use the cannon for the entire game? Dump all of your points into it instead of the crap they try to sell you and you're one-shotting everything by the end of the level. Cannon + Hold mouse button = Next level.

What really ruined the game for me was the arbitrariness. The player is completely at the mercy of the designer in terms of getting upgrade points. This is particularly felt in the survival mission, where the player starts with a bare bones base, no upgrade points for a long, long time, and vastly upgraded enemies. If you replaced the arbitrary "no points for you until I say so" with a system where every killed unit gives a few points, much like, I don't know, EVERY TOWER DEFENSE GAME EVER, the game wouldn't feel as blatantly unfair. Maybe.

Nice enough game but let down badly by an upgrade system that seemed to be almost random. If I pressed reset all (which wasn't always an option) suddenly some weapons couldn't be upgraded. The main cannon fired too slowly as well. Would have been good to be able to upgrade the spread of the missile. Will look forward to the next one.

Without persistent upgrades, there isn't any incentive for replaying older levels. Each time you start a level it seems as though you just started a new game, and have to earn all the upgrades yet again. It's a good game, but can be improved on. 4/5.
