Is it just me or is ths based off of Mushimesama Futari? (the whole there are a billion bullets on the screen you have to dodge....) Is that where the idea came from (alot of the bosses use the same style moves too)

@Stwright5, The whole evolution angle is just a game mechanic, it's just a theme to hang the level selection on ( Let's keep that our little secret though huh? It may spoil the game for everyone else if they discover plot holes in a free Flash game. If anyone asks I'll just say that the "organimetal" evolved in durability, but still wasn't intelligent enough to be self aware, and so needed a pilot, but hey, we both know the truth ).

good game but my mouse constantly goes off screen and this isnt a bullet hell game more than it is of dodge the ships
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
since my shiop evolves which means it has to be a LIVING thing... why does it need a pilot in the first place GamingYourWay? huh?

I would strongly advise that any further mouse-controlled games that you make have an option to lock the cursor to the game portion of the screen, rather than losing control over your ship if your mouse slips too far away. As of right now, it is impossible to get past the middle levels with my laptop's track pad due to this design flaw.

for some reason my mouse keeps going out of bounds and i keep dieing i hope the borders get better because the ship isnt properly alined with my mouse

Not really 'bullet hell' so much as 'minor bullet discomfort'. The actual ships themselves, on the other hand.... it's like a flock of angry Zangiefs violently charging you. ;_;

omg, why didn't u use all of the screen?:S it now feels like there are invisible walls what blocks the path of my ship. and maybe remove the tab central bottom? how can we evade any bullets there? its not that ur never playing bottom.

Tip for extra lives! On level 10 (the level after you get redrum) you can use the boss' tri-shot red beam thing to rapidly fill your graze bar and get tons of extra lives! Keep this comment alive!

When u have the RedRum mutation already and pressed p to pause,... don'T click, it will activate RedRum ! press "+" so everyone see this !

I really enjoyed this games aesthetics. I wish more games would take the time to be so stylish. I wish I could keep on playing and get every single power up because I enjoy being able to make hard challenges trivial. All in all, this is one of the better shooters available on Kong just due to the great style and well-balanced difficulty. 5/5

Meh, to be a true Frantic/Bullet Heaven-type shooter the sheer density of bullets needs to make the player crap his pants. It was hard, sure, and I died a lot, but my pants remained tragically unsoiled. Also, I couldn't help but notice that fighting the bosses is generally easier than fighting regular enemies since the bullet patterns are much more predictable. I actually start thinking, "Whew, a boss is coming up, I can relax for a minute," which is probably not the feel you were going for.

I found a glitch to this game to get unlimited ammount of lives in the end, the opponent shooting three beams of closely bullets do not aim directly to your ship, so if you're standing on the right side (I suppose left side works too), just so you don't hit him with your own bullets, the lives start popping in (with shield)

Zoom in the site if the game window is too small. I am not sure about other browsers, but if you are using Firefox, CTRL + Mouse wheel is the way to go.

i love how the soundtrack is generated randomly. i hate it when the mouse gets out of the play area or the ship is hidden under the redrum bar.

First time you can choose a upgrade choose shield over firepower. Soon the shield upgrade becomes very handy as it multitiple your lifes, and with later upgrades it also becames the best both in offensive and defensive. + so other people can see.

the dense metal is heavy, so your ship is made with lighter metal( and except your hitbox, even bullets can't hit your ship!)

Going with the shield and then the side pods make this game pretty easy. Also once you get the the boss in the third to last level (the one that shoots 3 lasers essentially) you can get extra lives like crazy. I ended the game with 20 some odd lives.

Umm in case you guys didn't know your ship in not only invulnerable, but it cannot be shot at, thing that gets shot at is that little red dot in the middle not your ship, so your ship is just as indestructible as the pods if not more because bullets just fly through it, its that little dot that is your weakness

Not that hard as people say. I found it normal hard, not impossible and yet raaather short. If you're having issues, choose the shield path, it'll make your life a lot easier.

Great game. Getting shield makes the game extremely easy, though, especially since certain bosses got me up to as many as 16 lives after going against them. Otherwise, awesome game!

i find that i die often cause the window is to small, and my mouse goes out of it, then when i put it back in the ship snaps to the mouse position, usually into something.

see a boss in last stage that shoot "3 bullet ray"? it helps me increase the graze a lot and i got 13 live when i reach the last boss, lolz

Very distracting background on some levels. Found myself trying to dodge the cubes in the background even though i knew they had no effect.
