I know the game runs slowly on Kongregate, but there is a workaround which seems to help. Right-click on the game and select Settings, then set the amount of storage to ‘Unlimited’. (Don’t worry, the game saves still only amount to less than a megabyte)

"Alright here's the plan. We'll never stay more than a day in any safe area, we will never wait for our healers to regain power to heal, and we will UNDER NO CONDITION USE A POTION DURING A FIGHT!"

Damage reflection is just wonderful. Got a warrior with 200% reflection, mage with 73%, cleric with 147% and a conjurer with 138%. And since everything in hardcore mode is tougher... Well it's a great deal easier to kill things when they kill themselves.
