I've had an idea. Maybe you could make it so that you can choose the classes? Also, Maybe add a first person option so you can view from the soldier you have selected? And maybe have it so that it's possible to de-select a soldier.

You should have the map movement based around arrow keys, because I keep trying to move the map and having a soldier move out into the open and die, or trying to move a soldier and just shooting off into space.

maybe, i dont know, make the wall transparent, pr remove them all together? too many time to i move a mane to an area i thought was behind a wall, and it turns out its not...

Suggestions:Escort ____ mode,Stealth's pistol should not be completely silent,but softer,Security cameras and a room a player must enter in order to deactivate them.Light switches (but the AI will find out your there if you turn off the lights and call in reinforcements,and will try to turn the light on.Soldiers also have flashlights)

we dont need slowmotion we need pause, and we need shortucts for it and for the 3 troops, also stealth unit cant atack near on the back without being seen which makes no sence..., game is good but without shortcuts and pause i only play with one troop...

very great game you have to remember what the enemy patrol routes are and the slow motion button might as well be broken by the end xD but it could use some work like gunshot sounds not echoing and just because a pistol is silenced its still loud so 4/5 for not making it challenging enough

Great game. There are a few flaws, the line of sight is kinds bad. Its just when my soldiers are at a corner of a wall and the target is out in the open he cant shoot until the target is at a certain angle. I get you have to see the target, why not have a peak out system. 2. the range on a assault rifle. My soldier was missing from a 6 square range on a 1v1 and my guy had the drop and almost died with literally one hit left on him. 3. more weapons the better. side arms and gear things like customization, damage, range, noise, recoil, suppression. 4. classes Medic, CQC, Spec Ops, reinforcements, support. 5. Games modes Defense mode, Search and Rescue or Destroy, Survival (hopefully a zombie mode. just saying.) Overall this is a game with a lot of potential. Rating 5/5.

The base concept of this game is really promising.
Suggestions for future updates
-objectives (object retrieval, hostage rescue, assassination etc)
-Allow the player to select their own team composition, rather than randomized
-Additional gear (grenades, back-up weapons)
-perhaps a campaign mode, with predesigned levels, rather than randomized?
-enemies obscured when in fog of war, or out of line of sight

I think that there should be a leveling system in this game to increase it's replay value. Maybe we would gain new weapons, like an automatic sniper rifle and a very accurate sniper that would hold only 1 bullet per clip. Etc, Etc, Etc.

For kongregate version, I suggest making a smaller UI, which in result could lower the overall space taken by screen. An option to move screen with keyboard would also be a welcome change.
Another thing - AI. Upon noticing dead body, AI could search the room in which it was found. Maybe even call another AI to help search the room.

I really like this... the play is pretty smooth and crisp. I can imagine this is what the makers of Syndicate imagined for their game way-back when...
My (very small) gripes is, firstly, with the projection... it's difficult to see whether your trooper is actually behind cover in some circumstances. An ability to rotate the viewpoint (or transparent walls) should fix this. Also, the AI do seem to take the death of their comrades far too well.
I like the idea that you want the class-system to be flexible. In my opinion, people are too emotionally attached to them anyway.

There should be different types of game modes and maybe a map editor aand task customizer, like: Kill no one. Or, capture the CEO for ransom, stuff like that.

this is a great game and i have seen great games turn bad with updates, so if you come out with an update can you make an alpha mode or something?

issue : people can walk inside each other to make supper attack bullet hail.
bug: my stealth got stuck when i canceled his path when he was standing on 3 points ( to the north of stelth was his path and to the west was his starting point and in the north west was a 1 block high cover . when i hit the X he stoped in the middle of the 3 inword faceing points and he wouldnt start a new walking path... he would attack still.

Are you gonna add like Heavy Machine Gunners or RPGs AI, also will there be different types of scenario, like hostage & rescue. Or multi level maps.

This game is rlly good, i think you shall only: 1.Add a medic ( there is a medic?), 2.Add a suport unity(soldier whit heavy machine gun, there is?) , 3.Add a CQC soldier (shotgun soldier) 4.Add a restart button , 5.Add a button that change the map. 5/5.

The classes you are mentionning are already on my todo list ;)
In fact there won't really be classes in the final version of the game.
Each soldier will have it's own characteristics (assault rifle accuracy, traps handling, medical capabilities, etc) and you will forge along the different levels. Everytime a soldier will perform with a certain type of weapon, he will get better at handling it.
This way, you will be able to build your own class/type of soldier. For instance you will train a guy to be sniper and trap expert and another one specialized in stealth and silenced handgun.

vary good job with the start up of your game i notes only one bug that annoyed the living hell out of me... if you have a unit start inside a box that unit can always be seen around non wall structures + if any structures block doorways the objects can be shot though and walked though but enemy's can not see though them . where did you get the models for the solders + did you make the animation?

Actually the whole game didn't work. As Staline said, just get beta and alpha testers and release the polished finished product...
I want to see cover added so my guys can take cover along the L of a wall and fire, actually it was so bad I was getting fired upon without even being able to fire.

Do they units even fire back? Seems like AI more advance then player.
Fixes need:
*A reset button (i have refresh to reload the game), a real menu option to change settings.
*End game scene, cause once the units are dead ur just standing around looking at dead units.
Hi sangoman.
You have full control of your soldiers, so if you want them to fire back, you'll have to order them to do so. The game is currently missing shot source indicators to help you react in time, they will be added in a futur update.
The reset button, settings menu and game over screen are also coming soon.
