really nice! And I was a bit surprised at the beginning, but I actually like the jumping mechanism, it makes it easy to "drop-jump" or hop around.

Great game, but the button doesn't seem to be working for me. Tried typing words that should work like "end" and "secret" and nothing happened. After reloading the page, I couldn't type anything because it was counting my keypresses to move the square also.

If you put 'love' in at the end the game replies with, 'what do you mean? you already have that!' which only made me more sad

speedrun clock is altered by speed up/speed down. an example is the one where the more to the right you go the slower it goes and the more to the left you go the faster it goes. When on the right side the timer is really slow, while on the left side, the timer is very fast

on the special speedrun, the level controlled by the spacebars still lets you move left or right when you use a or d.

The level where you have to stand still doesn't work during the speedrun. Nothing happens.
Worked fine during my two initial playthroughs, but have tried and failen twice during speedruns.

Unfair Speedrun gives you a faster speed, even in the main menu and requirements room. From there, just get under the requirements room's button and jump a bunch, you can hit the button from below it .-. http://prntscr.com/s33rpw - Btw, pushing the button this way does actually work, here i had entered credits and 'autojumped' (Holding Up and then clicked off screen) until it gave me a key. NOTE: I harbor no ill will towards Gingerbread, I have a tendency to break games and found this glitch on accident, at which point I decided to test the extent of the glitch, posting my findings here.

okay i resette dthe game in the options screen (it ask to confirm) to find out if it was a secret it is not but sinc ei kenw most of the secrtes and i ken whow to cheat teh unfair/special speed run by the glitch i posted below i coudl get all but invisible star back tryign to find it back lol

LMAO FOUND AN HUGE EXPLOIT! in the speical speedrun if you hti esc and go to the requirements rom and enter exploration room the timer continue's if you somehow get in one of the rooms that is in the special speedrun it will track progress fomr that rooom on basically you can just hit esc at 0 sec go to exploration room get lucky and get invicible win it and get a time of like 15 sec + to keep this exploit alive until it gets fixed or not.. :D

the snake is really annoying and bugged it goes like >VV ect see th ebeigning is worng here? it also is really hard to control it when avoiding the red enemy (remove it please) aslo the gravity switcher in gravtity doesnt react inmedialty sometimes leaving a small delay where i run into th eenemy and lose a bunc of time

Star of Exploration is on the zoomed-in level (climb on the button, wall is hollow). I also can't remember how I got Star of Invisibility :/

Alright, here's how to get the stars:
Exploration: just keep on playing levels in the exploration section.
Self-expression: enter 'star' in the room of requirements
patience: wait a while in the waiting room (I don't know how long)
high achievement: get all the achievements (this is by far the hardest star to get!)
Invisibility: I'll be honest I got that by accident.
Top of the world: Get on top of the world on the level which is falling apart, which is easier said than done.
Power: Get past the gate of power (DuckBilledPlatypus)
All stars unlock the true ending, as of the release of the game.

@NetMonster thanks for the correction! When I was playing through it again to write the list I was a little confused because I didn't remember there being a regular level in the middle of Unfair. However, after I read your comment, I remembered that earlier I had read the developer's reply to a different comment that said that the wind won't affect you if you can't hear it and muted the sound. Unfortunately, I don't think I can edit my comment.

badwolfg1rl - thank you!!! I'd somehow gotten my brain twisted around in that level, and I was trying to do something way more complicated. Unfair is finally complete! (Though IDK if I'll be trying to finesse my times just yet. I've still got to finagle a way to get under 120 in the Special speedrun, which has been holding out on me at 130 for a while . . .)

@alicealicealice The way I do Doors is I go all the way to the right, wait until it opens up just enough to hop up, the go up all the way to the top quickly. Something to note is that it's safe to stand on any of the three top platforms while the doors are underneath, which helps to get across to the key. From there, it's faster to drop down than climb up, so if you again wait 'til it just opens up and drop down you'll be fast enough to get past it. The two tricky spots in my opinion are not jumping on the enemy's head in the beginning and getting up the right side fast enough, but if you have the muscle memory from doing it in other levels it's faster. Thanks for the advice with Disappear!

badwolfg1rl, I'm *deeply* impressed that disappear is harder for you than doors! Though perhaps that's because there's a trick to doors that I don't know? Any hints on that level (what I'm calling 'evil argyle' would be *greatly* appreciated. Is it just pixel-perfect jumping? For me, the main way I've approached disappear is to deliberately pause after the power jumps level, then do it in stages by timing my key presses after I hit the blue button. (And resetting things if it goes pear-shaped.) But if you're paying attention to your time in Unfair, I think you're probably already way ahead of me!

For anyone struggling with the speedruns I made this list of the levels so I'd know what to expect. WARNING! Major spoilers for the game.
Speedrun: Regular, Coin, Open, Break, Hint, Zoom, Spike, Patience, Death, Letters
Special: Regular, Backwards, Free, Mouse, Chase, Tunnel, Gravity, Snake, Left/Right, Invisible
Unfair: Enemy, Power Jumps, Disappear, Climb, Glide, Fall, Regular, Fast, Sink, Doors
(The hardest level in my opinion is Disappear, it takes me way more than half of my total time to finish it. If anyone had any tricks for getting through it easier that would be greatly appreciated.)

I think the WASD controls need more care, as they produce some unintended results in certain levels. It's still a good game, 5/5.

More tips: The gate of power appears in the exploration room and the password is DuckBilledPlatypus (thanks Haaretram!) - also, you don't need to visit every level in the exploration room to get the "travelled to many places" achievement. Finishing the speedrun (no matter how long it takes you) unlocks two other speedrun modes.

if oyu have patience you can get teh patience star :D just wait after the door opene din the wating room go to the otilet orso and the star will apear on top
