i gave this tutorial a 5/5 but can you please please fix the color scheme, I am seeing a black backround with black highlight. Really annoying when highlighting code to copy.

It's a great tutorial, but i often find it lacks some of the small things i need to know. You should add a few more little bits and pieces. 5/5, still easily the best tutorial on this site.

On if events like that it seems to work really good on flash verions 5-7( I don't know why) but doesn't work all that good on other versions. I previously used global variables to overcome that problem. e.g.
global.hi = "Hello" if(global.hi == "Hello"){ global.hi = "told you so..."}
