now i know why its a demo.
you can only play up to level 4.
once you beat 4 you have to go to dragongamez.com and play the full version there.

I find it a little hard to believe that someone would attempt to blatantly rip-off such a well-known property; everyone and their mother would know. Perhaps this is a fan work, the gameplay is competent enough that the author should be intelligent enough to not attempt to rip off Star Wars, of all things.
IP aside, the game is decent. The concept is a step above your generic defense game, but the gameplay suffers from balancing issues. Resources are too plentiful, and player turrets become too powerful too quickly. Perhaps the later levels get harder, but this demo does not imply any challenge to which to look forward.
3/5. Need rebalancing, and

Huh. a defense RTS. Funny, that. Game is okay, but it's ridiculously easy once you get the hang of it. Basically: Stick a plasma mortar at the front of the given defenses, turn on auto repair for all turrets, then build a bunch of refineries and generators, upgrading the turrets as money allows.

i liked the game for the fact that every single other game out there has a creep path and its not like it makes a difference they go straight to your DEFENSES first and dont like run right for you ship. i give it 3/5 -1 for the fact that atuna is right and the enemies are all out of star wars seemingly and -1 because the graphics could have been better. but great game hope theres a newer better one.

Atuna: Ripping off Star Wars is not a coincidence because it is called Star Rebellion and uses the Icons for the Rebel Alliance and Imperial factions on the planets (when selecting levels).

Doesn't give any initial build time.
Forces you to use an initial, badly-laid out defense, which gets blown up.
No paths for the creeps.
There's a lot better out there than this.
2 stars. 1 because it works at all, and the second because I'm feeling generous.

Ah well, I have to downrank this one from 4 to 1/5 (I'd rather give 0 ...). Uploading a demo and not telling that it is one before is a cheek. Get away.

Like many people here I am frustrated by it being a demo, especially since I see no real reason for it to be. What's the game's exact relation to Dragon Gamez? Was the game sponsored by them? I don't really see any credits within the game itself...
Either way, I am giving it a 3 for decent gameplay, it would get a higher ranking for full version since being a demo severely limits the fun and is annoying. At least the link in the start menu gives you a hint and it doesn't just come to an abrupt end in the middle of a fight. Still you could've at least added this info to the descripion or uploaded the game as "star rebellion demo" or something.

Wow it's like Command and Conquer meets Starwars meets Tower Defence. I like the consept but it's lacking in execution.
I don't like the fact that you link to another site in it though :/ Either upload the full game or don't upload it at all really.
Having said that, its a good game, but very confusing. I had no idea how to repair. There was a wrench with ON wrote on it and when I clicked it it turned to OFF. I assumed that when it said ON it was actually repairing but there was no difference to OFF.
Nice idea, but it needs to be in fll on Kongregate and a little more work.
3/5 I'd say.

went from a 5/5 to a 1/5 because this is basically a demo. Dont put a game on here and then without warning have it kick you to another site. Terrible.

I like it, though selecting turrets is sometimes a hassle when they stand close to each other, and it's stupid to have those misplaced buildings at the beginning (laser towers in the back, refineries miles away from the crystals, etc) - rather give more ressources and some time to build.

Better than most and a pleasure to play, I particularly enjoy TD's that actually reward strategic thinking instead of just overwhelm methods. 4/5

Very interesting tower defence game, similar to Power Energy Apocalypse. Interesting concept and I really can't find any flaws yet. Good job and implement the API!
