I came to botd realizing I played the game before and had team of Warrior (tanks and clears lower floors with Overkill), 4x Clerics (for blessing and overhealing), 1x Ranger (for actually killing enemies). Although after collecting gold from offline bonus, buying some armory upgrades (for more blessing and warrior's taken damage reduction) and prestiging a bit, I found out my blessings are potent enough to buff me more than enemies gain stats at the next floor. As soon as that happened, instantly went from floors 50-60 to 150+ and still going; not even bothering with new layers of prestige yet.

Congratulations traveller. You have reached level seven million, six hundred ninety four thousand, two hundred and eight. As such you are now able to advance to floor level 39. This dungeon, man.

I managed to get botd in a day. Bonus xp is key. Prestige to 2nd level only when you have about 20-30 2nd level points, get the auto levelers for level 1 and have a heavy focus in xp in level 2 while spreading out your points for level 1 with the autos. I used a team of 1 warrior, 2 paladins and 3 rangers. Do the same thing when you prestige to 3.

Just to go along with my last comment from like 2 hours ago, I tried to stick it out, and this is one of those miserable ones that takes so long. Been babysitting it for 2 hours while trying to work, and I can hardly get past floor 25. On top of that, there are multiple "prestige" levels that reset your lower prestige levels when you go onto the next level. Only items that don't reset are the gameplay unlocks, so all that time you spend on prestige 1 for xp, damage, armor, etc goes back to 0 and you have to grind it all again, just to get 1 point in prestige 2... This isn't a medium badge, this is a hard or impossible.

I'm not sure what is worst about these types of "games"... The lack of inspiration or any interesting visuals (or in this case even just a name better than "enemy"), the painfully slow pace just to see numbers go up and be pitted against slightly larger numbers to make it seem harder, or the fact that these games somehow keep ending up as BOTDs.... Maybe this will be like that last one with the runes where the second or third time it was BOTD you had to prestige twice which was impossible ever after 8 hours of baby sitting.

I hope the following help:
I managed the Upward Climber using 4x Clerics (1 point healing rest dmg) and 2x Rangers (full dmg). Ofc, I was buying all possible Armory upgrades and autobuyers were all up. It just happened a little bit later when PL4 lighted up, but I did not prestige there at all.

2 hours of offline progress for 10 kreds is a massive waste of money. Just watch a 2 hour movie and come back to the game to save a dollar.

This is the most basic version of a multi character RPG (besides the prestige, ascend and transcend system) because there are only 4 classes and your characters just have those class names (Warrior, Cleric, Ranger and Paladin) and no personal names or simple pixel art pictures, let alone animations or sound effects and the enemies are literally just called Enemy. No music, no sound, no art, no excitement. If you like this game, you're obligated to love Skyrim.

My level is in the 5 digits. I can Prestige pretty much at will... but my floor is still under 30. How do we gain floors faster? Is it a random number generator, or something????
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Yeah. There's no need for the Warrior's trample. You'll utilize the high single target and critical damage best with Rogues.

WHY? Why is it that I prestige on 11.64 and the screen reads: ee6.64 prestige points? I try 3 times in a row and the run resets, but prestige remains at the level it was! This is very annoying!!

just calculated that TL1 require 116 AL5 point, so you will total need use AL5, now its the problem, when should i AL5? on first point or what?

"You can freely change your team at any time." But first you will have to work out how to read the mind of the devs, since they thought it was so obvious they didn't bother to explain how to do that.

Stagnation - asc points give multiplier needed for completion + lots of time. Have to build up momentum + armory before start.
6+ months and still not completed trascend :) now waiting for asc layer 4

usually if you scroll down you'll find a description. tldr it helps with the layer below the one with this upgrade. probably only useful for first few layers.
Soft-prestige on floor change: Adds the amount of claimed prestige points that this layer has to the layer below on floor change, including points spent on stats upgrades. This amount is increased by the floor number reached. AutoBuyers also trigger, without triggering an actual prestige.

another things: for who don't know what trial to do, check the (Tip for your current point in progression) in trial tab

For who stuck on quickfire trial and not smart enough to set the autobuyer (like me), use the presets (Soft-prestige focus on medium floor change), i tried this randomly and it worked

If we multiply amount of life everyone have on numbers of players we will always get zero. Still the best incremental game along with AD imho.

I started this 5 months ago. I hardly have any idea what's going on. Just want to get that last (Trascendant) badge... :/

Is this game broken? I'm making no progress at all. At first I thought it was the Highroller Trial at fault but even after cancelling it, it's making no difference at all.

@raxmax - refer to my earlier comment before yours, about optimal lineups. That will work for AL1, when you hit AL2+, your runs will be shorter - then, for very short runs (averaging 4-7 attacks per respawn/prestige), use
RWCCPP, for near-instant runs (averaging 1-3 attacks per respawn/prestige), use CCCCRP
