I found a bug. When using the auto-expander button, it does increase levels in the gopher upgrades section, but the upgrades dont actually apply. I had about 80 levels applied in a bunch of the gopher upgrades, but my salvage/upgrade costs sucked. I manually removed all the upgrades then reapplied manually and they started working again

thank you, @lormdem guess i'll give spend some cosmium on multipliers first, but then i'll gather enough and buy the unlock and the first couple of upgrades at once.

Is it worth getting the breakthrough automator? If so, any tips on getting the Cosmium required quicker? (I'm clicking the holo-coins and sending GOPHER on Cosmium missions)

has anyone unlocked the automator? i'm curious how many clicks per second i'd get. if it's not a decent number, i'd rather spend all that cosmium on something else.

Have I been wrong this whole time? I thought holding onto the Specialists and not using them was the better way. That it would increase the output. Most games I've played like this have it so that if you spend what you gain from a prestige, you get less. Other than what you've bought for it, of course. Like if I had 10,000 Prestige Points, and spent it all on something like a better display that did nothing in game, it would be like I had 0 PP and was starting the game fresh.

The Meta achievements for the specialist orbits are completely broken: progression on orbiting nodes *massively* outpaces progression on central nodes, and achievenemt requirements don't reflect the difference one bit.

@Anseal those augments already improve, but the rate is roughly 10-12 levels per bonus level. At the very least, it should indicate how long until the bonus actually increases, or maybe group together the levels costwise

Backlog request: could you improve Bargain Logic Circuit's leveling? Upgrading it does not make any sense as it is always 1 lvl to dropped augment. I would recommend something like: every 2 lvls it adds 1 lvl, so for 10th lvl it would be +5 to augment drop.
Something like that :)

Ok I like more information so it's a nice idea, but the giant overlay that blocks the map on the Planetary Reassignment page is terrible! I want to see the rings around the planets! Please find somewhere else to place this information. Maybe a static box in the right menu area? Everything there could be made smaller to accomodate.
I like the game and hate to complain, but I really feel that GUI-wise it is not the best way it could be with this recent change.

I liked the different upgrade multipliers better when it only showed when you can buy it, which it isn't doing for some reason. like i usually have it set to systems update and i liked how it would only highlight things when i could buy the full systems update but it's not doing that for some reason, it's showing when i can level things up once.

We identified the problem with offline progress introduced in 1.0.4 and have uploaded a patch to address it (1.0.4b). Thank you to everyone who reported the problem and helped us get it fixed. Please let us know if you continue to notice any issues with the newest update!

I agree that since the update, progress seems wayyy slower, offline and online. Is it possible that with the auto expander for specialists, the % bonus from just having specialists is registering to the amount of unnasigned specialists rather than total?

Offline progress doesn't work properly for me either. After being offline for a couple of hours the income is about two orders of magnitude lower than before. Dropping from ~e70 to ~e68.
We looked into this but can't find any discrepancies from before to after the update. If anyone experiences offline progress that appears to be not working, please submit a screenshot along with a bug report. Thanks!
UPDATE: We were finally are to replicate the problem and have uploaded a patch (1.0.4b) to address it.

Not pleased with the part of the update that puts a box over the area I'm upgrading in the specialist area. Maybe move it to the side instead it being in the way.

@Harperson Mind explaining what exactly the game-breaking changes are for you? It doesn't appear to me that different. Unless you really insist on the GOPHER reset.

I have no idea what this means: "Gopher Units return with an additional XX% from a Specialist or Deep Space Exploration mission of the same duration"
The same as what?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
please add option to cancel gopher missions, i hate accidentally sending them on a 12 or 24 hour mission because it defaults to the previous mission length they completed

@Bruno_Gaffo: The bonuses on galaxies do not stack, if that is what you asked. When you travel to a new galaxy only the perks of the new one will apply. The only permanent buffs are the archtechs afaik.

Is gains offline the same, slower or faster? Just wondering if leaving the game open while I sleep for 8hrs is any better than closing it.

Hey Dev! Is thies game still being developed? I did enjoy my time so far, but kind of reached the end of content. Now I am wondering wether I should check back regularly. A short answer would be greatly appreciated :) Good job on the game!

@nonamenymous You will be able to choose which one of the four you want to erase when "saving data", the Travel button change to Delete button.
