To get "Workplace Romance", you have to deny joining the Council of Crowns. After that, the Royal Advisor will soon ask you to be her gf/bf! This is to anyone who was confused! I suggest upvoting this so more people can see it if they are confused, but you don't have to. Have fun!

I got 2500 people, 550 happiness, over 2000 coins, and I joined the council of crowns... in short terms, I beat the game :)

Very fun game, I love the artsyle, and the many different people you can talk to and with such simple gameplay it is surprisingly fun! The only thing that'll keep me from playing it again, is that it is a one and done type of game. Its already getting repetitive.
