Very long game.... This game is not my type, i rarely read the stuff that most flash games say.... But i can tell that this is very in depth.... 4/5

So wait, you start right infront of the exit, so you can just end the game there. Are you supposed to go and collect all the artifacts and then leave?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I don't know why, but I'm just not that fond of the game. Maybe it's the graphics that don't really attract me. I certainly don't disagree with what other people say, it just doesn't grab me in my opinion. I'm not going to give a rating, just because I'm still trying to understand how I feel about the game.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
make sure you give some sort of implication that there are artifacts that you need to collect because i walked for 2 minutes found the exit and beat the game...

A Problem : when you press the NewGrounds "link" even before the main menu it sends you into newgrounds and pauses. then you cant unpause cause every time you try to click it sends you to newgrounds again you have to restart the game :S

A very nice game, easily worth a 5/5. My only nitpicks are that there is really no clue on how the first two endings relate to each other, which made finding them MUCH harder once I missed one, after doing the far more complex other endings. Also, I think the endings being just text don't really feel as much as rewards as I'd have hoped. Being able to see inside some of the structures would be nice, maybe have some part of the stories concluded by the endings...I dunno.

I don't normally like 'artsy games' but this game gets 5 stars in my book. An actual interesting history told in a distinct manner, a whole set of goals (collect artifacts, find signposts, get endings) and great atmosphere make this a 5 star game.

Long, but not difficult (and guys, pixel hunting is when you need to click something too small with a mouse cursor that doesn't change shape - the artifacts here are clearly evident when you see them and catching them is easy). Loved it, like almost every other GregoryWeir's games. Takes quite some time, but it's time well spent.

omg took forever to figure out what to do but after i learned i had to collect stuff and figure out what happened in looming 5/5

Being lost is part of the game people. Learning of this new world that you have been thrown into rather abruptly is a key piece.

It's about two lovers named January and September,
They don't believe in the sky,
They worship a pantheon of scientific disciplines,
They're watched by an ancient beast who knows exactly when it is going to die, and how,
And they are in a place called Looming.

4/5 This game is incredible. The tiny little object-finds get a little tiresome though they are compelling, and I wish the ending provided more resolution (unless I didn't get the real ending?). I WILL, however, be looking into this author's other work with great enthusiasm. Faved.

finished the hidden signposts ending x.x that actually felt really rewarding...two endings left, the last one, and the 7th one

completed the game and didnt even realise it. maybe it should be a bit more obvious when you complete it regardless of whuch ending you get?

It's strangely strange and could use a map, I don't know who would go to somehow unknown to learn and not make a map... 5/5

I have found a map http://www.mediafire.com/imageview.php?quickkey=ulomrtzj4qm&thumb=4
just wish there was one in-game 4/5

ok im stuck at the title screen wtf....is that the first puzzle of the game or somthing? im pressing x and c and clicking every-fcking-where.

@chwooly: You do realize that 2/5 means "didn't like it"? You don't have to take off a single whole point for every aspect of a game you don't like.

Awesome game. I'm having problems with the final ending, however. Everything looks to be 'right', but no portal. Tried tweaking directions, but still nothing. Gave 5/5, though this is annoying me and would consider changing to 4/5 unless its something I'm just not doing right.

I enjoyed this and would like to give it a 5/5 but have to take a point away because there isn't a map 4/5, and another for not keeping the sign posts up after I find them 3/5, and really unfortunate but 1 more because I doesn't close off the exits I have already used. so 2/5 Fix those things and I will be happy to give it a 5/5

I wish it had a map of some kind, give me some idea of where I am or where I need to go again once I find a spot...and then try and return to that spot. Cause it is very easy to get lost it seems and not find your way. Outside of that I love it. 4/5 for now...5/5 if there is any kind of simple map add.

Gregory, you suck. Every time you make a game I have to play it to 100% completion. This was no exception. Loved it, 5/5, favorited, making adult videos of it.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
A great game Ill give it that. How ever.. it does need a bit more direction in it. You could spend hours just walking around before you realise you're meant to be looking for some thing. Apart from that, and a few glitches, the game is amazing, 4/5.

A brilliant, if eerie game. My only (very) minor gripe was that I expected the signposts to stay unhidden once found, even if I used a different method to end, as the artifacts remain found, though they did not. Other than that this was an awesome game, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. 5/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Been playing it for 5 min, and have no clue what is going on, I found one signpost, rest of the time I have just been walking around. Very boring 1/5.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Two complaints: a) Too much pixel-hunting for the artifacts. If I have to sweep the entire area to find them all, at least make them easier to spot. b) I had to look at a walkthrough for the second ending, and I have to say it's impossible to figure out what it is unless you stumble onto it by chance. Still, it's a good puzzler with great atmosphere and I hope to see a badge for completion. 5 stars.

I had to use a walk through for the final ending. I found the signposts but failed to know what they were referring to. Simply amazing game! Loved every moment of it! Completed it to its entirety. My only complaint was the world was a bit too expansive to navigate but otherwise wonderful! 5/5

Haha, I would think popularity would be cross site, and that enough people would use Newgrounds on here that it would be popular on here. I suppose not.
The game is very interesting, eerie, but rather redundant.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Has a very eerie "other worldly" feeling to it, but then again I suppose it really is another world. 5+ for originality. You're a very gifted person. All of your games make me think and feel things I wouldn't have on my own.

hm... I've been playing for about thirty minutes now and I'm enticed. The story seems like it is going to be great, I just hope he/she can come up with a great ending! The overall game play is also nice, and the mood is perfect. 4/5 already, and I hope that I can change it to a 5.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
o.o.. Idle.. As if there was nothing to this game at all, except the art and truth of what is, or what was. 4/5 for originality! I liked it!
