Under rating threshold (show) This game is "literarily" amazing, the only way I would like it more is if I could run it full scree to fully get in the proper mood.

Under rating threshold (show) There's a glitch in Nameless City 3: you don't respawn just watch the background if ou fall off after the line "...half suspecting they were artificial idols;" But yep, amazing game, lovely concept with simple and inventive design - somehow proves that less is sometimes more 5/5.. :)

Under rating threshold (show) definately a game i should have played years ago to get me into poetry. that terrible ryhming 6th grade english class poetry ripped away any possibility of me going out and reading poems for pleasure until i played this.

Under rating threshold (show) great game. fun new way to read poetry. i wish my english teacher would find it and assign it to us for homework! though the powerful words are hard to see sometimes and i dont notice them because im reading. still good game i just wish that some of them werent so long cause its hard to read continuously on a computer screen for me. 4/5.

Under rating threshold (show) a beautiful game, if you can call it that, incredibly thoughtfully and elegantly presented with subtle visuals and music. More an experience than a game, i often found myself ignoring the word touching "aim" and just enjoying the poems. That said, it is still a definite 5/5 in my mind.

Under rating threshold (show) um. good game.. 4/5 but definately needs some kind of length sorting system... the haikus compared to half a book.. side note, are any of these copyright? and do you have the right to republish them in this game?

Under rating threshold (show) Good concept, refreshingly new, but the gameplay lacks. Some levels are impossible to A+, for example, because of level set-up, also, the "powerful" words are not nearly dark enough, and some project much too far, in tight spaces making them impossible to avoid.

Under rating threshold (show) I think that the nameless city was a great selection but I believe that it came much too early and as a result players may get bored and think, "too long, didn't read"

Under rating threshold (show) That is nothing less then an amazing game. When playing computer games, are brains get distracted and turn to mush... except when you are playing Silent Conversation! I love this game; 5/5 and you should make a sequel instead of "I" as your controller in the 2nd game it can be "ME" AMAZING GAME

Under rating threshold (show) I love the concept of this game. It is a very minimalist appearance, with no fancy backgrounds or effects. It really gives you a chance to read great literature, (Huge H.P Lovecraft junkie.) While being able to have fun while doing it. The effects, such as moving words, and word collage backgrounds really adds depth to the game. Plus the level design is very well thought out and the "Powerful words" idea is wonderful and makes the game much harder. Thanks so much for the 2 hours I spent playing this, Gregory.

Under rating threshold (show) I really loved the concept of this game, but it could have been executed better. I don't think it is actually possible to get 100% due to the occasionally over or under-sensitive controls and the incredible lag. Still, 4/5 for a good idea, good reading/music selections, and creative environments.

Under rating threshold (show) Honestly, I think this game should not have any sort of score system. We should not be timed or graded based on our "reading" performance. The interactivity of traveling through a story is enough to call this a game without traditional objectives. Power words can still make projections for dramatic effect. Creating more interesting landscapes with your levels and more scripted effects, like the sandstorms, could easily replace the excitement you might relinquish in giving up the score system.

Under rating threshold (show) My main issue is some of the stories are so hard, that I WANT to absorb it, but powerful words keep stopping me. I can't enjoy H.P Lovecraft when there are 3 words continuosly knocking me out. I waited for five minutes on two lines. If I had been reading the book I would have gone past that very quickly.

Under rating threshold (show) The Nameless City affected me in a way reading it never has before. In fact, in a way no horror story ever has. Simply incredible. That said, I agree with Angryhobo that it was too long for an early level, as 15 minutes of that made me not want to continue today. A nice addition, in my book, would be a counter to see how many words we'd touched compared with how many there were in total. I think it would make the long levels a little easier to handle, knowing exactly how far you had to go.

Under rating threshold (show) Simple concept, but I loved how the tone of the poems was reflected in the levels, poems meant to be short and sudden feel like it, while poems meant to be long, full of danger and mystery feel like it as well.

Under rating threshold (show) I really rather enjoy this game. However, the red floating words are quite annoying. I tried getting that one sentence in the Nameless City where it's got 3 red words surrounding you. I gave up there. Far too irritating. I love the concept tho and I would love to play more if I didn't get so mad at the darn thing.
