i hated this game because i want stop crashing.Update the game so the cars are a little slower and make them stop flipping. i will make it 3 stars when you update the game!!!!!!

The three cars are not the same pay more attention to the differences. Most people play games and then comment poorly on them because they were to lazy to notice any differences between options. I however, pay attention to what I play so i can write what the honest highs and lows are to each game i play. i also rate honestly too.

I like the irony of this game: You are an AMBULANCE!! one of the good guys, running over people, cars, even INJURED people that somehow escaped i guess... but i digress. great game 4/5 had trouble with the flippin'. there.

Considering this cookie cutter template game with a graphics variation, I quite enjoyed the chaos of this game, so in reality I can't say anything bad about it. Ironically when I started playing this I was listening to 'Take me to the Hospital' by The Prodigy... the music suited the game incomparably.

uh... why do you have to go backwards? Going forward goes right into a wall leaving reverse the only option. Also needs a mute button.

Hey! Idea of a game is way too old...graphics aint that great ant in the main menu the how to play and play button do the same action!!!!! Barely 2/5
