i fell like poison is a little overpowered in boss fights... i can poison him and just sit back watching him lose almost half of his life to poison, with minimal damage from my part

"Create all weapons" achievement doesn't seem to register. I've created all 17 weapons up to the nightmare sword. Thx.

there are still bugs in it.... when frenzy is over, your attacking bar is slower, and when you frenzy again and its over again, the bar goes backward.... furthermore ive been outside the map when I casted special ability 2

Very nice game 5/5 loved the story . Just didnt understand why the action bar keeps getting slower, this makes fighting the last boss a bit annoying. I consider myself lucky for having him poisoned before my bar stopped.

First off loved the game! Few games have me grinding even when there are no achievements on Kongregate, you had me doing just this. I agree it was short; but only because I simply wanted more. Great simple gameplay, love it. Bugs I found: 1.) If you kill something with poison you will still attack the air if you had preselected it. 2.) Mana Regen very overpowered makes spamming spells easy. 3.) Out of sync ending; slides not moving with voices. 4.) I played on a laptop where I clicked the arrow to scroll on the weaponsmith; only worked sometimes other times bar would lower but images of weapons didn't move.
Last comment; final boss with so much hp was easy with Poison/Slow combo I really didn't even have to fight it.

Good game up until the last boss fight when I experienced a bug that stopped my character's timer until Penitau eventually killed me.

A very enjoyable game. 5/5 -- however, there were a couple problems I noticed. First, frenzy stacks indefinitely. Secondly, you can inflict the same status ailments multiple times on each enemy with cumulative results. Third, landslide is the most powerful move -- not the one that costs 600mp. I was casting landslide for ~250k damage a hit on my second run through the game; compared to about 35k damage on limit break 3 and phoenix strike. Obviously the damage calc is off on those moves. Still, great game. Can't wait for the actual game!

I'd like to have a function that would automatically do the standard attack when the action bar is full and you have not selected any attack. Other than that, great game. 4/5

I enjoyed the game but my only peeve was that the longer a fight took, the slower your action bar would refill till at one point you couldn't attack anymore. Also the regen (me), poison (enemy), shatter armour (enemy) icons stayed up even though their times had expired. Other than these issues a great game.

Experienced some bugs with the timer against the last boss, well, it didn't work at all when he had around 5-10% HP left. Besides that it was a very entertaining experience

Anyone else get a pretty bad lag delay as you finish a fight and the battle completed screen comes up. Sometimes it's as much as 5-10 seconds before it appears.

The game is good but way way way too easy. Great music and art is also very good. Please tweak the difficulty and change the level up mechanism. Like giving us option to choose and select strenght,speed,hp,mp defense etc. instead of doing it automatically.
The game was very simple and plain but has great potential
I am reserveing 5/5 for the sequel

Here's a compilation of a few issues I had.
Forging every weapon did not unlock the achievement
Landslide outclasses every offensive spell from the moment you get it. By the end of the second campaign, it did ten times as much damage as other spells.
Landslide could clear every enemy in one turn, and the only time I bothered to use another spell was Rumei to slow the final boss.
The haste and damage buff on Frenzy stack infinitely. Stepping to the back line and spamming frenzy for 30 seconds lets you do 10-12 commands between each boss attack.
Enemies can also infinitely stack charges. My only death was when the final boss spent five turns charging before unleashing Inferno and one-shotting me.
Limit Break is usually not worth a turn in the second playthrough, because other skills do damage and cause debuffs.
Outside of these issues, most of which only effected the second playthough and on, the game is really solid. Consider me a fan.

i liked it. but like xandramas said. its easy. i won the game for 2nd time following the same strategy that i did for 1st time. if you are facing 1 monster start with rame at 1st turn for slow the monsters. 2nd turn use hell torn 3rd turn use frenzy 4th powerslice for break armor and start spaming rame or ice (i prefer rame) until frenzy or poison left and use thorns-frenzy again (heal mp or hp if you have less that 20%). for more that 1 monster use thorns at 1st turn, frenzy at 2nd, use 1 rame against each monster and start spaming landslide or thorns (if you have low mp like i had), heal when needed and when you have 1 monster left do what i wrote before. ps: for armor break, poison and slow maybe you ll need more that 1turn. doit until succes inflict that status) ps2: good 1st part. waiting for the continuation :3 5/5

I really loved this game and I honestly can't wait for the actual first chapter. My one suggestion might be to add a Bestiary so we can learn what the enemies weaknesses are.

Using Firefox, and Fullscreen isn't working. Not sure if it's due to Flash or due to Firefox using Ctrl-F for Find. Either way, a clickable Fullscreen option in the Settings menu would be nice.
this button should be visible if fullscreen is allowed - its working for us in firefox and chrome, not sure what could be the problem, will investigate !

Wow, you really wasn't lying about the "devastating array of magic attacks". Still, the game is really fun, with a charming voice actor and nice music. I look forward for a sequel, with more of everything. That, dear developer, would be a blast.

This is a game with so much potential, the idea is basic but well done and i found that the gameplay, although repetitive and not very original, was still quite entertaining. One thing that i would love to see in this game is story occurences when going through each area. The simplistic detail is good and music is done well. i look forward to the updates.

Okay after completing the game I realized its too easy. I didnt get close to dying once. For the fact that there was no challenge. it gets 4/5. Otherwise its great.

i was really hoping for enola shooter 2 (or prelude of it) not saying this game is bad, it just isn't my genre I played like 10 maps and it well didn't appeal to me (not voting)

4/5 Like the art and the music. Hopefully you get some more levels in the future of Enola. I know It's only a prelude, and we can replay alot, But it still seems too short.
Time flies when your having fun! Its a shame you felt the game was short, but we hoped you enjoyed it while it lasted. Look out for future instalments of Enola :) Let us know if you have any suggestions for the sequels.
