@faezzi - It took me about a month to get through the tutorial, the first time. Simplest way to kill Florzporb is to get more damage. Rebirth 1 and Rebirth 2 should improve your long-term damage by a lot.
The other approach (assuming you are doing /any/ damage) is to avoid all the attacks. Enough extra movement speed should allow you to get close enough for attacking, then dodge out of the way of any of their attacks. This can take a while. Also, you'll need enough defense or offense to deal with any of the smaller slimes with distance attacks (my recollection is that they come out below 20 or 40% of Florzporb's health). Alternatively, you could be very lucky.

well, playing for 15 days now. Got my first badge on day one, my second badge on day 4. Aaaaand that' s it. I don' t see how to progress any further. I' m still in 'tutorial mode' - Can' t beat the blob for tutorial step 11. Pretty sure I' m doing something wrong (or not as good as possible) but it seems grindy af to me.

@ajujem nope; i haven't world ascended yet, so can't go to difficulty 2. It charges just the one orb if i go through the dungeons tabs on the map; it's just if i use the "questing" button that i get charged double.
Note to everyone: "questing" button appears to be bugged for dungeons, make sure to start them through the world map route if you're low on portal orbs.

While I know many people are complaining about the fact that many of the games that are receiving new badges are idle games, I am glad that we are even receiving new badges at all. Additionally, the developers of this game actually update the game, which is rare for a game with badges on this site. While the game is very much a grind, I am enjoying it and I wish that other people would give it a chance too.

@leonshard it seems like we wasted coins as you can only claim the talisman in the steam version. Shouldn't be possible to buy the bribes then...
@kellcey u guess you switched the dungeon to Difficulty 2 which needs 2 Orbs to start

I'm glad it's not just me. I'm not sure if this is the absolute worst of the recently badged games -- it's crowded at the bottom, unfortunately -- but it's certainly among them, and in the running for the grand booby prize. While I'm glad to see that the (not-so-new) new owners are putting effort and resources into the platform, I wish this weren't the direction they were taking it.

@lisiara It's because you're going from a new version to an old version. Devs just updated Kong, so you should now be able to import the save from steam.

I always play in private window so since The games saves are kept in a temporary cache saved in that browser window AND it will take 30+ days for all badge....nope.

for an idle game, the progression when you close the game sucks, the quest doesn't progress at all, you can't even leave the game open and do other things because then the progress slows seriously.

@Tuberski - the simple answer is to finish the tutorial (under Quest - Global - any named Tutorial X:). You'll need at least 5 WA points, and you may want to be prepared to complete accomplishments shortly after performing the WA (for WA accomplishment points). Are you stuck at any particular step?

@LissyTheArch - Discarding one item from the iventory fooded by the same items resuted in clearing all iventory slots togeter with all equiped items of all active and inactive characters, Then, picking up any item from the battle field stack evaery slot. I got so annoyed by the behaviour that I started the game over. So far so good.

So, how many times do I have to vanquish a swarm before I get the Sweet Little Swarming badge? I've already vanquished 2 swarms (got the talisman to show) but still no badge.

I found numbers on SPD. Around 500, it's about a 4% improvement. This is difficult to get before a solid T2 rebirth. Personally, my recollection is that I pretty much ignored SPD until I was doing automatic T2 rebirths and the occasional manual T3 rebirth.

@incentive1 - I assume you're referring to SPD (which is impacted by Agility). You may not have a high enough SPD to have a noticeable impact on casting time, yet.

@antonN2010- You should be able to disassemble whatever is clogging your inventory. Little in the inventory has much value in the early game.

The requirements of every quest/badge/upgrade goes up so fast. Just spent 1 hour getting an upgrade, and then you find the next upgrade takes 10 times that. Then you spent 10 hours and find that you need 10 days for the next one. Played for 10 days straight. Got 7 badges. I can already see the next easiest badge probably takes 30 days. So I guess that's as far as I will go. Thanks for the badges but no thanks.

every conversion of its essences (magic and creation) has a chance of dropping a mana seed.

...alright some math here...a swarm occurs about once an hour...there are 24 hours in a day...so if you managed to kill every single swarm it would take 4 days to get the medium swarm badge, 42 days to get the hard swarm badge and over a year to get the "impossible" swarm badge...yep that seems impossible to me.

One thing I don't like about this game is that it makes your character weaker if you don't have the game open in your active tab. If you switch to another tab, then your character does levels slower and starts failing levels, too

Coming from a person who just played Crush Crush, the progress of this game is unbearably slow, with nothing to do in between but wait. Ran this game for 48 hours on my pc, and all I got was 3 easy badges. Imagine the years of ram and your life this game would burn to finish all the badges.

I don't know why people complain so much. The tutorial is comprehensive and tries its best not to overwhelm you, and if something doesn't make sense, you likely aren't supposed to interact with it yet. The problem is the badges, and always will be. It takes a week just to get some of the easiest "easy" badges.

How bad can be a game and still receive 5 impossible badges? Crowded with 1M tabs and buttons, resources you don't know how to get, same quests to do with heroes who aren't in fact different from each other, things you don't know what you are choosing 98% of the time. Oh yeah, and it's an idle game where you great decision is to get what you hero have done when you were offline, or receiving a bonus for online playing. 2 days after, and all I got is 3 easy badges. I know they will only badge games where players can spend real money, but I liked Dungeoneers, I'm ok with STUG, Crush Crush... This one is a stupid pile of garbage. And to complete it, it goes slow when under other browser tabs. FML.

I am not sure if it is because the game is so bad (even for an idle game) or because the badges are so bad. But I have been playing for 2 hours and haven't even earned an easy badge yet. Get to Pet level 5... sure, ok. What is a Pet and how do I get one? Then how do I level up? The help is not very helpful on this topic. QUICK DEV TIP: have the tutorial actually guide you through how to play the game. -Pip

Well, guess I'll give up. The game's refusing to save progress past a certain point; I import a file exported just under 14 hours ago, and it consistently reverts to an older state (and helpfully notes that it's been offline for over 1 day and 2 hours). This was happening yesterday too, and I even reloaded from a file saved before the point it got stuck and continued from there, but it didn't help. Maybe I can avoid it by restarting completely (obviously, lots of other people have been fine), but I'll never know if my game's doomed until it happens.

for new users, spend time trapping a lot of normal slimes as ranking these up increases your resources/drop, catch a normal and a blue spider later to rank 1 to automatically deploy traps when equiped and to restock normal traps, and even more later capture normal bats as these raise the gold cap.

me changing my zone and equipped items, waiting 30sec, clicking save cache 5 times; coming back 3 hours later to find out none of these were saved and game farmed wrong items and area all the time

The percentages are so low that the game fails to give us a feeling of improvement... thats not good to keep an audience.
