I had such an amazing time with the game! got to the 3-10 and it always went in my favor until it didn't, either all the minions die first and i lose or the boss dies first and i lose even with my debuff spell spam. cant wait for the full game to be released!

footballer barbarians, ghost buster rogues, and asylum to fill seems to work so well. Ghostbuster rogue, 1 with attack speed, 1 with crit and crit multiplier, and 1 with mana cost + regen and magic damage to spam. 1 single barbarian with 3 attack boost, 1 with dmg reductions, asylum rogues with crit chance and crit multiplier+barbarian multiclass.

It's very good, but the difficulty level combined with limited replays made it feel like I didn't have as much ability to experiment with all the different classes.

Beat the game with only 1 football, got it late for rogue class count and just sent him to cover flanks with a ring. 4-5 asylum and 3 ghostbusters. Asylum lv3 is busted, ghostbusters have way less dmg. Full rogue (7) with 2 fighter (doesn't really add up, but got good value early game with the shields).
One of them lv3 with two tanky items the other has crit and anti-death skill. Spells were poison aoe, 2 regen+dodge salamanders, harden. Last spot for extra range so defensive spells affect my whole frontline.
Prioritize boss/whichever ranged is the nearest/most poorly positioned, bush then bark let tangles get to you. Prioritize high level, tank low level. Item synergy and dodge spells. Asylum rogue is busted if you commit and position properly.
My units didn't die last 50% game, early game had some bottlenecks. Don't reroll! It will keep you from levelling all team. There's always something useful but if you do you have 3 rerolls.

the dodge tip was pretty good. I was having monk patients when possible with the dodge so doding and hitting hard with crit/rougue items. for actives i had the lizard/dodge ability then the crit ability so my best character had 110 dodge when active was on. i just had to make sure he was close to enemy so he can join the action right away and start dpsing.

Beat it 66% of my runs, the monk build with some crit on Asylum and Ghostbuster seems pretty broken. If you have an evade spell or two with the 20% counter damage your best unit doesn't even need that big of damage.

No matter what combo I get, I can't even finish the tutorial. I get to maybe the third battle but always lose every life.

My main comment is that I could not figure out how to remove/move an item from a character. A hint on how to do so, somewhere, would be useful.
I /did/ figure out how to level up characters on my second attempt.
Hey, so the tutorial actually says how to remove items, just right-click them and they'll go to your inventory again. Maybe you skipped the tutorial or accidentally skipped that dialogue line.

The ending reveal was great! At the same time, avoiding, spoilers, I found being told certain things by Meno a bit too direct in a told, not shown sense.

that was really fun! It took me a few runs, but eventually I got a 5 monks, a monk asylum patient and with three dodge books, and two spells I could spam to keep their dodge past 100%. He trivialized the entire thing! I feel bad for whoever has the fight them.

This game is really fun, when you die and have to restart it's very frustrating though. Was fun to explore all the different interactions between passives/spells/items/classes etc. I made it to 3-10 last level on the first run, is this the final message? Was doing 5 Football frontline + 1 monk, 4 ghostbusters for DPS, probably should have rerolled 1 FB for 1 GB. Well mix of classes, too

Well , by my opinion Asylum patience is good also, but I use only 1 in the teams all the time(Mostly because RNG dropped same class) BUT YOU HAVE TO CHECK WHAT SORT OF ABILITIES THE UNTIS HAVE - NOT ALL THE FOOTBALL PLAYERS HAVE THE SAME ABILITIE !!! (Goes for other classes also) I beat the game with 6 Sorcerers/6 Paladins/5 Fighters/1 Cleric (I used multi class items). By my opinion You must reroll sometimes because of RNG , I rerolled and when I finished the game i had 2 times lvl 3 and I believe everybody else on lvl 2 maybe ONE was on lvl 1. Good game , not the easiest , turn based-rouge like its kinda fun.
OOH ABOUT SPELLS: I used 2 - smites / 1 - Gladiator(Sword-blue background) / 2 -I dont remember the name of this but it was like a Potion wich made enemy take more DMG.

Killing things seemed brutal. game just seems imbalanced. enemy gets stronger but you don't. you lose one fight and the solution is to just move things to different spots. if I lose the first fight, then odds are game over. my guys aren't any stronger. shuffling things around has only a small affect.

The coded message from Omen means: You've been here before...Remember?
Tips/Things I noticed (based on how I beat the game, so it might not work):
Use only the Football players and the Ghostbusters (for Tank and DPS purposes 3:1 ratio)
Prioritise the level of the DPS.
Stay away from the Asylum patients, because they don't really fit into neither archetype. (They just die too easily compared to the Football players)
Never reroll anything!!!
While using spells at the start it is preferable to use the pause, to minimise the cooldown/movement.
Having multiple stagger beetle items increases the chance of survival against bosses. (especially the last boss)
The Sorcerer spell passive that increases spell range is absolutely necessary, because it is basically a 5x multiplier to a buff spell.
If the boss is close, prioritise it first! (If not then good luck!)
The most important classes are:
The Druid - extra HP;
The Sorcerer - extra DPS;
The Monk is also neat for the dodge.

The sudden difficulty spike ruins this entire thing. I do well enough, get randomized stuff... then die to a team that is both overpowered and has one more enemy than I have team members. Plus I then have to watch the whole introductory speech thing again and again.
