Why is my advancement constantly being deleted? Cookies enabled, local storage allowed, but this is the THIRD time I have to start from the beginning... NM I'm just gonna go play the original... Fix your basic game design elements!!!

I wish the "lasting" upgrade unlockables were a bit more useful or exciting. 5% increase to a few things, many towers unchanged... I would care more about getting the XP if there were more intriguing options for upgrade. As it is, I guess I'll just start throwing away my mountain of XP for one-shot items. Unlock-wishlist aside, this is a fantastic follow-up to a great TD game. Mega-mega!

This game only gets a 1, until the problems are fixed. It's just ridiculous to put a game on here with problems, but not attempt to fix them when players are alerting you about them.

FYI: Splitter, Dodge and Decoy-only modes can be easily beaten on all maps with a couple of Area Burst towers with some boost towers next to them.

"closest to goal" and "strongest" priorities don't seem to work at all for some reason. Sniper towers aim everything but the enemies going to the goal/bosses with lot of hp..

You would think a company that's able to program games surely would be able to spell correctly:
"Night Watch Mode: "Enemies will only be targeted if >>their<< viewable."
Whose viewable?

Annoyance: If I have to spend XP unlocking a mode(eg. all splitters), I don't see why it should be locked on all maps beyond a certain range. I have neither the desire nor can I be bothered to figure out how to beat Hard/Insane on the first map, nor do I wish to play fixed path, so just give me my damned all decoys/all splitters mode on every map that I unlock! >:(

i have beaten all levels at the dodge mode, on the achievements screen i saw that i only got the xp for all dodge levels beaten and but not for 1/2 too. LOL

mmm infinite mode user super tower with a charge tower+poison tower+splash tower+stun tower with speed damage and range boost can make your PC cry

Considering how many different modes and stuff there is for this game I am a bit surprised this doesn't have more badges.

So I found a bug, where if I select the open level "down and over" and select normal it only gives me the easy version and I cant get the difficulty cleared

Bug: Finished 'Open Split' level on insane difficulty. Doesn't register, unless you play it on hard difficulty first.

Am I the only one here thinking most games like this should have an impossible "Completionist"-badge, which you get from 100% completion? That would give the persistent/exceptionally good/fans a little more of a reward when finishing the game (other than finishing the game itself)...

The hard achievement is one off the easiest on kong. I rushed easy mode and Splitter mode with one area burst, two boost and (on easy) one ghost tower. Start a view waves early, use the boost-items, upgrade, start the rest of the waves, upgrade the rest and add towers when needed. It took about 1 1/2 hour to finish the hard achievement.

A mega tower I made using a sniper tower, area slow tower, stun charge tower, and splash tower is freezing all enemies in place and making them invincible for some reason. Don't make this mega tower unless you want to waste your time... fix this bug please!

What is the highest wave anyone has ever gotten on infinite wave???
I am at 1000 and everything dies before it gets to the screen...

it's fun but the UI is horrible. Don't put upgrades, achievements and levels all on different top-level menu trees, it makes it a pain to navigate. You should be able to go straight to upgrades or achievements from the level select screen.
It's possible to exploit the "new wave" button as you can call for new waves at a faster rate than the creeps can be added to the level. Once you have a basic defence you can just spam the button until you have enough cash to make a mega tower, then build it before the tough creeps get into the level. Using this tactic on survival I was able to get to wave 5000(and counting).

your first 10 levels are beating a few easy/medium difficulty levels to get the exp to buy decoy/split/dodge upgrades.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
easy way to get hard badge... get decoy/dodge/splitter levels, build a simple maze(or use corners on closed path mazes). Launch all waves right at the start and upgrade a couple area effect towers to max. insanely easy to get 30 levels beaten this way.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Too easy, and the same strategy works for all of the open levels. Really no point in having most of them. The Mega towers and Mega Mega towers are way too powerful. Survival mode ends whenever you get bored of sending waves (for me level 7000).

SPOILER ALERT:hard badge 2hrs max
Set-up: guide foes with a raw of basic tower (a line, ~7 towers long, from the main entrance forcing all foes in the same direction, trapping foes between your towers and a wall). The pre-last tower (away from the entrance) is set as area burst (upgrade twice). The last tower is set to booster (for range, if enough money left). Have your burst tower active (click on it).
START: send all the wave at once (click on Start! and send fast click the rest) WHILE upgrading first the burst and then the range. Be fast. Use shortcuts to upgrade. If you have flyings on the map, set 1 anti-fly at the exit and upgrade. Couple with pulse-boost (1 or 2 as needed). The start is hot because you have to do many things at once.
Finishing the game: Now that all the waves are launched you just have to watch the progress of the game and react to whatever happens. Usually, upgrading the burst to max + 2 fully upgraded range and 1 pulse will give is ftw.

To beat any easy or normal level with ~5-8 towers:
1) Create 1-3 entry towers to steer the enemies
2) Make a square 4 block, with the far corner as an area splash tower
3) Send next for 5-15 levels so you can up the area splash to either $115 or $350
4) If needed, add a ghost tower to pick off strays
5) Send all waves
6) Add range, fire rate, & dmg around the splash tower
7) Sit back and relax
Occasional levels require an additional sniper tower to pick off strays, but usually this works fine. I've only tested on 1 hard level, and it worked fine there too.

Sadly that splitter issue has been problem for 3 game version now (including this one), yet still no fix. How long will glitches go unfixed?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
there is a glitch with the splittr sometimes when it splits it goes throuh my towers makin al splitter mode a lot harder
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Can't believe people are struggling at this. BUILD A SNIPER TOWER. That's all you need on the vast majority of the levels.

gets 1 star rating. i tried several ways of placing, upgrading and positioning... cant win even a single level - on EASY MODE!! .
i´m playing games like this for years, its good to have one thats not too easy, but this suxx in every way. or it´s buggy, i dont know.
nearly 2 hours of life time lost...
if anyone has some hints for me, feel free to send me a message..

Working my way through the levels, but on 'the loop' in closed path, I have 11/12 completed...I don't see a 12th level available to me...thoughts?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Why is a wave of splitters more dangerous than ten simultaneous waves of anything else? Why are normal towers ten times more useful than any other type? None of this makes any sense, and they player isn't given any useful information - even what tower types are available or what upgrade branches to follow to get a specific type. This may be fun to play if you're one of the devs, but otherwise, no.
