surrounding the forge with 8 towers that had 4 armor/damage, 1 explosive and 1 range module worked quite well on normal, of course, there were other towers too.

Splendid game. I managed to lose on the last screen of enemies because I hadn't made enough defenses for all the capital ships, but had plenty of fun the whole way. The only improvements I would request are the faster method to pick which component to manufacture, and perhaps a small queue so I can set what will be made before the current component is done, and thus not lose any time switching.

Thank you for the game, it was quite fun and intense at the end but I survived on normal at least, a final boss might have been cool though. I built a ring of towers and only lost a part of it, you really must stockpile heals for emergency use and bombs until you get the capital ship killer upgrade. I put all the upgrades on each tower, though only some had the attack boost since it affects nearby towers too. Overall a 4/5 game, now time to beat their other great games.

The last level is extremely hard, there needs to be benefits that affect you over time, like skill trees and level ups.

Hum, I liked the game, but I think it needs a level select, and perhaps a little more strategic placing of turrets would be fun.

This is a tip on a good way to set out your towers. You need to build four towers close to your base up, down, left and right. Then A littler more away build eight towers around you base and give them heavy amour and a range. These will act like shields to your in towers do want ever you want to those. Then keep healing your shields.

the strategy is: build 10 towers and upgrade all of them. then, alvays make heal i am in lvl 8 and i have about 25 hp and all of my towers have full hp with this strategy. rate whatever you want(i don't care)

upgrade 1. turret 2.armor 3.Explosion 4.Heal 5.Range 6.Amplified Damage 7.Slowing 8.Recycle 9.bomb 10.Shock 11.Anti-Capital + to keep this up (srry for the double comment it didn't type correctly)

very good and very fun. Could use some down time on this. And maybe an upgrade tree we could mess around with. Only problem is once you start losing towers, you start losing the game. Especially if a long ranged guy gets one of your good towers.

ITS TOO HARD
I can't get past lvl 7, theres not enough time to repair and upgrade my towers, so I get destroyed by the 2nd big orange ship

Couple of things to point out. First is that there wasn't anything stating that I could put multiple upgrades of the same type into the same tower. It wasn't till I read Xandramas's comment, that gave me full understanding in order to complete the game. Tutorial might have been helpful. Second item was the click to cycle through the upgrades/towers. This got frustrating fast. Numbering/shortcut keys would have been extremely helpful. Last (and minor) point... didn't spell "achievement" correctly at the end. 4/5

Good solid concept. Needs wave display. Suggest loosing random tossing of components, instead dedicate a portion of the screen to show how many of which components you currently have on hand. Have healing be automatic as long as healing components are available with optional manual healing.

Good graphics and excellent learning curve, the challenge on hard mode felt perfect as I was always either worried the next wave would wipe me out, or overconfidant in my superior tower placement (and then proven wrong!).
Perhaps a future version could use a slightly more controllable user interface for controlling what is automatically built, as clicking between options can be frustrating.

When the rockets hit then why is there no explosion? More realism would be great! Especially if the thrusters to the spaceships actually stopped when the spaceship was stationary. Aswell as the fact that the spaceships make no dodges or other various movements like you'd see in space combat. Despite that, it's a great game! Very unique and strong on upgrades. :)

just got confusing with all the strange upgrades, that upgraded dmg AND range AND armor, then another that upgraded range but as all the other upgrades it also upgraded armor and dmg. And THEN came one more upgrade... jesus...

VERY Inventive, a little more adjusting on the play style maybe wave control and it's the most origional TD I would love to keep playing.

PROTIP: Construct 8 towers. Put 2 on each corner of your base. One further out than the other. Once defense is unlocked max defense upgrade the 4 on the outside then stock up on heals and drag the heals outside of the armor towers (Your walls) once you get range upgrade the inner 4 towers with range. It will take 3 range upgrades to be able to hit those long range ships so dont put the range upgrades on until u see a ship attacking your wall. Once you get past this part it gets much easier. Eventually add another 8 in a + with the same strategy. Range, Def, lots of heals. Recycle your inner + when you get capital ship killer. 1 cap kill, 3 range, 2 lightning on those. Walls 6 def, the other 4 all range. (You win!)

Game completed, normal mode. Survival mode unlocked, how long will you last. Uh..... Normal mode felt like survival mode. WAAAAY too many stages 4/5 because its fun, -1 star because the modes are about 10 minutes too long each

2/5 has potential but when I died after the long range guy came out I tried to replay but I could no get any upgrades from the forge and when I restarted the game by jumping to the main menu the first thing that happened was I was zerg rushed by a bunch of battleships and died a horrible death.

This is a very interesting and new take on tower defense games, which seem to be getting old as of late. This feels fresh, and new.

Not bad, but not great either. It felt like fighting a losing battle from the get go, that doesn't make for a very fun experience. =/

I lost in normal mode because rebuilding a tower takes ages!(tower lost because suddendly ranged ships come, and you can't build fast range upgrades). When i restarted the level i can't do anything but construct tower and any enemy ship i didn't destroyed before losing had rushed me.Please clear the enemy memory before restart:)

The only problem I have is the way the component packets have a *Can't place here too close to an existing construct* they shouldn't instead they should go to the construct as if you placed it ontop of it, thereby increasing the tiny little box that you currently have to upgrade, allowing for swift motions and no double takes...
I've never played KOTOR but I have heard there is something in there called a Star Forge. What can you do, somebody has used every name out there for something these days.
