I'm feeling just as stuck as saffi2013. I've gotten all of the rewards that I'm aware of to speed things up, so further King's Favor is useless, and it's going to take forever to get my menagerie leveled up to complete the red crystal quests. I'd love to know how the story ends, but I doubt I'll keep playing long enough to find out. Definitely needs (needed, since I'm sure there will be no more updates) more ways to accelerate earning. There's a reason that I was able to get to about Top 50 of all time so easily -- there's no point in playing much longer. A shame, too, because the basic structure is fine, and I really like the graphic style. It wouldn't take much for this to be a really great game, but it definitely not as it currently is.

Needs more multipliers. It's been about two weeks since buying all the kings favor upgrades and I still haven't been able to get the paladin to 150 so I can progress the story. I've done all of the research I can. My king's favor is at 640. I'm too bored to wait another few months to finish the story.

i feel kinda stuck got all the awards, all my characters are lvl 110 and about 1 day offline gets me about enough to lvl the paladin once i need 15 more lvls to get the next quest and im guessing there are more after that and no means to earn money any fasterand restarting only will gives me useless points i mean if favors gave me a boost or something that would be something

Developer, Can't even play the game now due to a Unity error after accepting the new agreement from Kongregate .. WTF ? says Unity doesnt allow mutations or something ?

Currently there is next to none incentive to start over, since kings favour itself doesn't bring anything and the improvements after the first one only halves the quest timers one by one.
Why should I bother to halve the quest timer in the next playthrough for a hero, whose quests I already have completed in this playthrough?
I don't feel stronger, when I start over, I miss the feeling of a reward.

What's with the BS 999 trillion gold (that gives nothing) every time i log in or load ? If there's no off line gains, just take that out. it's annoying.

the level 110 quest "Much to Discuss" says it doubles gold generation speed but my gold per second has not changed. (Also having a long quest where you can't do anything for an hour an 40 minutes is really boring, you can't even speed it up with encouragement.)
Yikes, sounds like a bug on my end! I'll look into that quest. I've been thinking of adding some more things to do late game so the player isn't sitting around doing nothing.

Instead of a separate button for encourage mode, how about if you click on the portrait to level up and the progress bar to encourage them? (I find the swapping back and forth between modes annoying right now.)
So, yes and no. Currently the algorithm to determine guild value is based on your total gp/sec. But, because Paladins generate soooooo much gold, they do kind of skew the math.

In the 'Sell Guild' menu, there are two grammatical error. 'kings favor' should be 'king's favor'. 'say its what' should be'say it's what'. Yay grammar!

Bug - if you leave the window for 5 seconds and come back, you gain gold as if the timer resets - ie, archer gives 300k and takes 25 seconds, if you leave for 5 seconds and come back - you get the 300k gold

I'm not a fan of how "Encouragement" works... I feel like it shouldn't roll back progress when you stop clicking. It's should take off time from quests permanently.

Good game but it gets very slow after the bard. Also you need 50 favors just for 1/4 gain, that just seems ridiculously low. How many favors does the next "upgrade" cost ?

"Unravel the mystery surrounding the guild." That was in the game description... If this idle game doesn't have an ending, you get an automatic 1/5.

well at least i lost my save. i was worried when i logged in today that i'd still have my progress. but no need to worry, the game has reset it for me. now i can redo all those hours!!! Yaaaaay!

I like how the quest timers were "updated" to take less time... Now my wizard only takes 26 minutes for his final quest instead of... 26 minutes pre-update.

I'm not sure if this is the way it works, but it seems that encouragement actually lowers the requirements instead of making progress faster. This means that you should just wait a few minutes and then click until the hero feels ecstatic and not continuously.

Love the originality in this game. It's nice to have a story progression, and the graphics style is nice. The quest times are a little long, and encourage should be able to speed up quests. You have a good game here. If you added more depth (upgrades, some sort of talent tree, dungeons, more quests, etc. etc.) you could easily have a great game. Nice job!

Mute is broken. It works when selected at first, but when you come back only music is muted. Level-up click and encourage sounds are back. A cycle of sound options will fix it, but should still have a permanent fix. Otherwise a nice (somewhat short) game, which hopefully develops a lot over time
