Ugh. My computer has a habit of bluescreening every now and then, but this time it managed to corrupt the saves of the idle games I had running at the time. It's a real shame because I was really taking a liking to this game, but losing two days of progress really stings.

Think I understand the Town mechanics, but one thing to clarify. Once you're able to reach a certain town level thru advancing personal levels, say Town 3, is there any reason to go back and play the previous Towns 1 and Towns 2? The tutorial says it's a good idea to "play a town of the same level several times". That means playing the highest level town you can reach, at least until you're able to afford the next manager, correct?

I'm a little confused about what the warehouse and stock does. Can someone explain why we need to upgrade warehouses to get more stock? What does stock do?

I don't really get the town thing. Im level 2 and it says base profit x3. does it mean that everytime I reset my level 2 town, I get x3 the base profit? Is there any reason I should be reset the same level town more than once other than to get more money in my bank?

My bank account seems to have quit gaining money at $197,153.55. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, because I'd like to invest in managers, yet I can't due to my budget not growing. Any help?
Your Fee should be growing. Your bank account will get the Fee after you reset from Popularity menu. You can see the exact money that you will have on reset on Pay Day label in office

I've hit a point where the Warehouse max is 55,000, but it costs 56,185 to upgrade it. It's simply not possible to expand any further, or buy any upgrades to increase the limit. What do I do now?
You will have to get the next Manager that increase the Resource production, or buy upgrade for Stock from City Facilities menu. Very soon the system of warehouse will change :)

Some ideas for warehouse problem: 1) just add a button "auto update whareouse" while afk 2) Remove it and just choose in a menu where invest the product points (materials, energy and food). When a bar fills up it will upgrade (lower cost, production boost, ecc) and reset. If you chose to change where to invest the bar just stops without wasting resources.

Great game! If I may suggest something:
1. It would be nice to add some indicator which managers you will be able to hire after town change (counting as if you'd hire from the cheapest)
2.Make something that will upgrade buildigs till full 100's (when I have 989 and I want to have 1000 i have to click 10's then building, then again to 1's and again building... lots of clicking :) ) - just ctrl+click or something like that.

Stock capacity 55,5k - 56185 materials needed for next single upgrade. All upgrades for more stock capacity are unavaible .. because of the stock limit (even if avaible, at ridiculous rates...) *sad panda*

The reset mechanic's explanation was a bit misleading. "Fee is the amount of money you will receive..." etc. First time I reset, I thought I will get actual money I could spend (like it usually is with money on bank accounts). Took me some time to understand the difference. Maybe it should be a different thing (like fame or "investor points") or you could add the button to take 10% from your bank account to make a faster start. Anyway, 5/5.

Selling suits in the Boutique, fancy coffee in the Cafe's, ballroom dancing with bow ties in the Night clubs, bad ass old school hotels. What are we going to eat with that, burgers :) Love the game but please change the burger graphic it does not match the theme of all the other graphics. Or not, your calls as it's your game, just though i would mention it.
Thanks for the suggestion !! We asked the financial manager of holyday city and he said that he don't want to forget that he started from very low eating only burgers and fried potatoes. Riches may change his life, but not his eating habits :P

Im stuck at lvl 3. Requirements of materials for the warestore are to high. Progress is slow because materials depend on warehouse and warehouse depends so much of materials and we cant advance in the game. Keep up the good work +5

hope tha warehouse changes come fast, even at town level 2 its the warehouse that keeps you down so much
despite that fact, really just a great game :)

Oh look, you increased the amount of experience required to increase personal level. Yeah, I'm done with this game. Save file vanished, still hasn't been replaced. You've made it take longer to increase personal level, slowing it down even more. I hope you people fix this and do well for yourselves, as far as I'm concerned I won't be wasting any more time on this game.

so i was wondering, is the trophy bonus accumulative? like if i get the first X3 then get the 2nd trophy does that replace the X3 with X4 or does it add together into a X7 or is it X3X4ect?

Mid to end gameplay is really painfully slow and needs addressing. While it's an idle game, it's way too idle if we can't do anything significant after a whole night away.

I'm guessing like with every idle game, the longer you play the easier it gets, but this game has a SERIOUSLY slow start. Not saying it's a big problem or anything, but damn, it takes you literally days to get anywhere near the point where reset is actually worth it.

I have played hundreds of idle games and similar games like this and to be honest playing for only 8 hours its kinda lacking in the money and item gains i mean its slow and unbalanced all over and to be honest this needs serious work i would boost the money gain by 20-30% and the items by 15-20 % except the ware house that need 35-40% boost and you should add a max buy button just my opinion

While I appreciate your proposal to "fix" the materials issue, I don't think that's at the core of the problem. I think the problem is later game slow down. It's as if you created a pretty balanced game, but didn't yet check the balances existing a few days into play. I'm concerned that simply pushing the materials into a new tier will actually exacerbate the issue in the long run, or worse make it worse by making areas of the game easier, and thus less interesting, while not addressing the core problem. I think the core problem is slow down, so the fixes I mentioned are some of the ways to consider fixing that issue rather than mucking up an already fairly interesting and balanced game. Decrease mid game and possibly later game slow down, and tie this progress either to game play already done; or increased tiers and more balance in office upgrade management, or both. I think this work will more likely solve the problems than a simple warehouse boost. Thanks.

Around Facility level 5-7 the Warehouse scaling really hits.. Material upgrades cost 3.2Million up but warehouse is at 490k and costs huge amounts of materials to upgrade. And can't offline or idle because the existing warehouse will fill. Really becomes awkward to play :(

u can put something to change your stock, or sell them because until u not have space in the warehouse the materials, energy and food stay stopped....

Before I go into menu navigation rant mode, love it 5/5! It doesn't feel bloated or gimmicky, and it has a nice level of complexity. Menu rant mode: I know this could be a hefty change, but a more consistent menu navigation I think would really help. Things like 'the research and office button isn't a part of the navigation bar', 'content presentation (nav bar or businesses) is sometimes horizontal sometimes vertical', and 'research/office menus have wildly different return to town buttons'. These little things start to add up to make the menu system confusing for newcomers. Someone who doesn't read the tutorial (I'm guilty) or missed a part might not know where the research button is because it is in a much different spot with no text in its initial presentation.
When you promise to create export import in 2 days and you do it in 9 hours you can miss a typo right ? :P We uploaded it again with the correct spelling :P We like having players like you that help us if we miss something :)

Since the last update (1.03) I just receive a unity player crash halfway through loading, using Chrome.....do not want to clear cache etc in case I lose my progress.
Dont :) Its chrome issue, its dropping support of Unity. Kongregated emailed all developers today that this will start happening. Try to switch to firefox if the crash insists.

Its the fault of the unity engine. If your game crash or your computer shuts down, then your save is lost. manuel import/export can prevent a lost, but its a annoying thing to do it.

my computer crashed while i was playing and for some reason i need to start from 0 again, no nothing. Shouldnt it save atleast the character, if not the current town Yer working on? i really do not want to start this whole thing over again :S

I just lost everything....Without explanation.,....a simple turn off of my computer cost me everything...Not even in the office...everything is gone...I started to really like this game...but now...GONE

So out of all the time I've played this game, I've only just now realized I can reset my city in the same, current town level. If you do NOT know this, do so. This is how you don't have to wait 22 hours to make any indent into buying more shares. This is also how you get the extra bonuses in the office, which greatly helps both warehouse storage, and profits. And if you don't have the x3 bonus from being offline for 3 hours, turn the game off and wait for 3 hours. It's pretty much the only way the game can be played once you hit a certain point. Hope this helps :)

I'm not sure if the scaling is the best between town levels 2 and 3. I've been sitting on town 2 for almost 2 days and the warehouses and manager upgrades are just not fast/frequent enough. I hit a point where I just barely cannot reach personal level 3 and I would have to wait days/weeks in order to either (a) buy enough stuff to get requisite employees for a level up or (b) get enough cash to have a big enough paycheck to get another manager upgrade. Might want to speed up this section of the game a little bit. But before this point in the game I thought the scaling was really good.

Really enjoying the game so far, but have to agree with the consensus, warehouses are clogging progress. I've been plateauing for the past two days with the warehouse limit being the bottleneck. I've restarted on town 3 a few times now, each time with enough to buy the next manager. However, it still slows to a crawl once the warehouse limit becomes the issue.
Looking forward to the devs improving warehouse effectiveness. The delicate matter is how much to increase production, don't want to make things too easy either :-)

Warehouse slows all the game. Too slow and boring to upgrade manually :( You can idle all resources you want but if you have to upgrade warehouse manually every time you just waste them.

Urkonse, try to open game with Firefox, Kongregate suggest to do that when game crashes. Its Chrome problem not game.
