I'm with freegees on this one. I thought the game was moving at a nice pace, but the wall you hit between city 1 and city 2 is pretty steep. I'm wondering if it has something to do with capping out on everything in the lab except the paradox, and everything you can spend food on.
Can you give us a little more detail on what wall you are encountering? :) The maximum waiting time is 5 hours. Its one of the fastest idle games in history of kong :)

Guys, this game is really awesome....
... until the gap between city1 and city 2
To buy a new upgrade (e.g. Extra Chocolate for 20 UnVig, and the next is Dj Fiesto for 320 Duo(!!!)Vig) I have to play almost absolutely idle, because this level, I can not even buy a new Manager/Investment, the profits are low, and to buy 1(!!!) new city facility (which means now *2 profit for something) I have to wait 2-3 hours.
Maybe some new upgrade, or investment for your fan? :)
Thank you for reading this, and keep working forward to make the best idle game!

Is anyone else having trouble with Unity? It was working last night but now it's not. I've tried updating and reinstalling.

@holydaystudios As a simple solution - why have "Exp." at all, if it is tied directly to current employees? You could eliminate an extra term by just calling it employees in both places and in the tutorial.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@holydaystudios Thanks for the response. I did view that tutorial when I began playing. I can see how you were trying to explain that with the "Businesses, achievements, upgrades, city facilities, and Exp. will return to 0." However, on the very next screen, it says you will retain your Personal Level. This is confusing to me, as I didn't really equate "Personal Level" progress counted as "Exp." (the only place to see this name is a tiny mouse over on another screen, with a count of points that don’t really matter except to fill the green bar). This is a mistake other users have made and commented on. Perhaps your phrasing should be clearer for new players to avoid frustration. The overall flavor of the tutorial is "stuff built in this city is gone, make sure you have enough bankroll to buy what you want" - and it is unique to this game that "Exp." is tied to the current city EXCEPT if you level, which is permanent. Calling out this difference in a more clear way would be helpful.

welp lost my save was at town lv 6 D: guess i should have been more responsible and exported, just didnt think it would happen. >.<
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Now I've tried both, the only buy 10 with 'buy 10' and only buy 100 with 'buy 100' are fab - what the game needs is this and a 'buy max' button. Best of both worlds :)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Noooooo, don't let us buy things other than 10 at a time with the 10x option! If I want to buy things one at a time I will select the 1x option!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
What happened to the rounding up thing you guys did it was there for a few days and now its reverted?? That is totally going to mess with peoples OCD lol hope you guys fix that soon :D
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Harkonnen313 That's my guess, things were slowed down since it was a max level for a bit. But they are planning to even it out probably. On the other hand, I have no other idle game :(.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Perplexityfetch I know, right? .. I've been working on the lvl 7 for 2 or 3 days now, the closest I've gotten is 378.600/433.000!
And I even have all the NoveDec managers and the first Vigint Manager! >_< ..
@Nununu403 From lvl 2-6 went by fast and fun .. Very smooth up until lvl 6->7 .. But I'm guessing (hoping) that an update will take care of that - so don't worry too much! ;)
Hello there, i can explain you why people downvoted on that :P On popularity menu there is a small tutorial (takes 1 minute approximately) that explains all that :) Its logical that you can't guess everything, thats why we added the tutorial !! :)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@nununu403 If you think it's bad when you're working on nove to try to get from 6->7, I'm about to reset 6 again for a Duo manager (just to give you an idea that I'm still at 6 working on duovin). It's a huge wall it seems to get to 7 currently. I'm pretty sure nove, then vin, then unvin, then duovin. Don't worry, it's all a halt. I completely agree with the jump to 7.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Maybe you could make the jump from PLv6->7 a bit less painful? Once you get to the novemdecillions, things suddenly crawl to a snail's pace. You're stuck with output at the hundred octodecillions when the next upgrades are at the vigintillions and even then you're not even hitting achievement multipliers. The next manager upgrade, a measly x3 Profits, jumping to 850nvdc from 900ocdc is rather rather severe. Unless this you telling us to take a break for a few days, maybe you could throw us a bone? The dearth of any substantial upgrades at this point is quite the dealbreaker.

No offense but if you think adding a 'buy max' button would make it too easy you're doing it wrong. Idle games aren't about the number of times you get(?) to click, they're about (a) the challenge of making optimal decisions on what to pursue next, and (b) the satisfaction of resetting and seeing that a milestone that once took days to pass now takes just a few minutes. If being able to buy 3000 of something with one click instead of a hundred 'ruins the challenge' of this game, I...I'm just not sure we can be friends.

Why pick one 10/100 system or another? Just add an toggled option to 'Allow partial buys' to emulate the old(sic) system.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
For those that missed it in the tutorial, your XP is based off your number of employees. So some businesses will give more XP towards the next level than others.

I absolutely love this game! .. It's really addicting to play and offers a lot more than I expected when I decided to try it out!
However, I do have one single "complaint" (if you can even call it that! xD) ..
The progress between personal lvl 6 and 7 is rather boring and takes a lot longer than any other - at least from my experience so far. :)
Other than that - this game is just plain awesome! :D
Well done, HolydayStudios! .. Well Damn Done! ^_^
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@nicker33 if you are playing on chrome they just updated. This means that unity no longer is compatible. You need to use a different browser such as firefox or safari.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Damn man! This game is freaking awesome and addictive! It works OFFLINE! It's the BEST idle game that i've ever played! (And I played a lot, seriously!) Thanks HolydayStudios, for making this awesome game!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Great game!! My only point of criticism would be that it states my personal level stays the same even during a soft reset, so I reset it while I was almost leveling up to personal level 3 to find that the bar had been reset in my new town... Could you do sth about it? Otherwise, very good game.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Can there be a way for a resize option? I would like to watch netflix and screw around with the game at the same time.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
With all this expansion (which is great), I hope expanding the lab upgrades is coming soon... I max them immediately upon starting a new city now (level 6). This is not a complaint, however, the game is great. As long as you keep adding/expanding I'm sure I'll keep playing
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
great jobs with updates to the game, but I do prefer when it only lets you buy 100x/10x when you have money for it! Thanks for all the great updates!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Hi i see that there are empoyees in the description of the production items.
So what about an employee buy/sell section and a new upgrades for them.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The main reason I say my comment below is because it was nice to see the "greyed out" visual when you couldn't afford the 10/100
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Wow about this button controversy... let me sum it up for everyone: 10/100 should round to next 10/100... and then ADD a NEW "buy max" button that buys as many as you can... tada! Everyone's happy?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
the 10/100 rounding is great guys, not to add in the obvious from the peanut gallery but all we need now is a "buy max" button and we are golden here.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@grps & the dev/´s I think, you are doing a great work here. You can´t satisfy everyone´s wishes and u don´t have to. If EA put only 1% of your work in every of their games.... You know what I mean... ;-D
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Agree with @eshshual, MAX (or x1000) button wouldd be nice. Also, maybe let players turn off floating achievement icons? i can't see how much money i have one minute after creating new city (50 achievement icons above money counter), so i need to wait to see current money.
The first 2 minutes after reset, if you are level 5-6 or more, it doesnt really matter what you buy. Just buy all and forget about money. You can fix it in the next 1-2 minutes when your income will be stabilized. :)
