Midaeum is still stating +200% and still giving +100%, just verified with stables. It's pretty annoying as it requires a huge investment and one has to think about it very carefully to avoid wasting resources.
Hello xandramas ! go to the settings menu in the old midas gold and save to the cloud. then come here and load from the cloud, in the special purple box in the settings menu ! Its vey nice feeling to see you here again since you are the very first person on kongregate that played Midas Gold :))

I really love that I don't have to go into IE anymore to play! (Or having to get more warnings about installing Firefox ._.). I think this is pretty much one of the best Idle games out there. It is quite relaxed, and hitting a um, "wall" isn't too stressing. (like, having to wait days, weeks or months just to go past a point). Overall, it's fun. ^_^

ataft96, you need to cloud save in settings your game to play on another device otherwise the game will save progress only in local storage, so you'll start from scratch on a new comp

@dauntless - The time between recasts is still exactly the same. It waits until the meter is full to cast. You are still only using 1400 mana so it only needs to wait for 1400 mana to restore, regardless what the max number is.

It'd be nice if the autocast had more adjustability to it. When my max mana was 1400, the timing to cast spells 2+3 was perfect. I upgraded my mana to 1450, and now it's waiting an extra 50 mana to cast two spells that only require 1400. So either a tweak on your side or an option for us to tweak it on our side would be great.

Tonksuriel, yes but the game tells me that there is a feature 'Midaeum' that I can access at level 27. While I can't know of what level I am now and what should I do to raise it to 27 (wrote it second time specially for Tonksyurel).
Well, the problem could be solved easily if you add to King Midas' portrait tooltip that you are now of level zero, or one and you need to unlock King Midas' menu to raise the level...
Or just get rid of Midaeum icon until you start gaining levels
i understand that this can be confusing. I promise that we will add the level of Kind Midas on his portait tooltip on the next update :) Thanks for reporting it !

azoo, you don't start gaining xp at all until you reach 100Qi diamonds. That's why the game tells you to do that first.

Ok, I get it. Game says I need X ('to be level 27') to get smth ('Midaeum') but provide no ways to know where are you now (e.g. what level) or how to progress (get "level 27"). Smells like good design here

Why is the first Rage mode hero so under-powered? No matter what upgrades you have, you can't even compare it to mana mode, it's like 10X less profits

I'm still early game (12T Diamonds), but does the mana regen increase later on or is the limit 30 mana/sec throughout the rest of the game? Because getting the max mana relic upgrade seems like a waste than, considering that it would take more time before the spells activate.

Holy crap will it take FOREVER to get the first hero. 100qa diamonds might take at least another month or so, unless I'm missing something here. It wouldn't be so bad if the upgrades didn't take an entire hour for each one. I'd love to watch more ads for gems but it seems you'd rather people pay to win instead. Understandable, but hitting this wall it's either you pay to get further or you wait a very long time to get just a baby step further. And this is all assuming the next hero is somehow magical enough to further the progress, which I'm very skeptical. Either reduce the time it takes to upgrade or make it so we can watch more ads to actually progress without spending a ridiculous amount of cash to get a tiny bit further.
Hello Haze, it shouldn't take more than a few days to reach the next hero. The whole game is meant to be played for free, the store is only for showing support to the devs, not something that you have to do in order to proceed. After a while you will unlock a new way in the Exotic merchant to get free gems by the way. I suggest to discuss with others in the chat rooms what to do in order to get the champion fast like they did :)

Cooldown graph for mage spells looks strange. After 30s of spell's duration, gray cooldown indication appears. The gray indication does not go the whole circle, it only goes last 1/7 of circle. Would you consider change the cooldown indication?

I'm only on my 3rd reset, but why even bother upgrading buildings when Merchant's guild account for 75%+ of your income?

while I love this game, something in this game is so heavy that my laptop just cannot handle it, making it unplayable for me. besides getting new laptop, does anyone have suggestion to not make this game melt my laptop?

i still have no idea what rage mode is or how to activate it. my gloves of zeus are jacked up but still no autoclick :( i checked every possible box and menu, i don't see anything about rage mode anywhere!
Each champion uses a different Mode. If you select Gilligan The Scholar as your champion, this is Rage mode. You can tell what kind of mode each champion is by checking his specialization !

As someone already mentioned: the numbers option do not save. Also the stone text and stone coins option do not save either (helps reduce lag to i turn off. Haven't seen and word flubs or other bugs yet! (Yes ppl, flubs is a real word. )

Now. This game is very fun. The original i stopped playing and o can't remember why. 5 stars for this. My only stipulation is that there needs to be a low quality option. Just for those of us who play this on our laptops rather than monitors.

Well, my previous ... concerns were pretty much addressed, for which I tip my hat to the developer.
Which leaves me with a fairly minor thing: the settings for displaying how numbers show (name, scientific, engineering) do not save. Not sure if that is intentional or a "bug", but I've noticed it happening consequently.
It is in the Artifact Menu, the first artifact, you can use it if you play on Rage mode champions. If you have it on level 1 or more, there will be a button above you skill bar next to the stone :)

oh wait.... I'm stupid. I was buying Rangers Guild upgrade... they just kind look the sameish when you just glance at them...my bad guys
no problem, the graphic is very similar so when it scales down its size for the upgrade it can be confusing. That is the reason we have the name in all upgrades !

It's a cool game. I most certain am spending enough time eith it :) But for some reason my Mearchant`s Guild doe not uprgrade. Buying them doesn't seem to affect the level nor the profit. Am I missing something?

Play on Chrome with an adblock so can't watch ads there. Loaded the game on Firefox and watched some ads, then I realized I wasn't using my cloud save, which is more recent, so I loaded it... and lost the gems I had earned from watching ads. Gems should be saved in a server-side way, not in the save itself. I lost 8 gems because of this.
