Start off with a 1:2 strength:desterity build (Don't worry, you can respec later). Do not buy anything other than armor. By the time you get to the NPC who lets you respec, your armor should probably be around 50. When you hit 60 to 70 armor, it's safe to switch to a 2:1 strength:desterity build. Never go for a full dexterity build as you'll take forever to kill anything. A 1:2 or 2:1 strength:dexterity build maximize both defense and killing power.

I can see a lot of effort was put into this and admire the perseverance you have hyptosis, enjoyed the little of the game i played even though it is as you said not my type. I must say though what's with that crazy elephant walrus looking avatar? WHAT IS IT???

This game is great, but very very easy. For stats: 100% dexterity. For gear: Only buy weapons unless you want to beat the dust dragon. If you do, use the gold coin and farm up ~1000 gold in the room with the wizard, then keep buying the different armors, the defense stacks fast. Other than that, your good to go. You will very, very rarely get hit (dust dragon was the only mob that could hit me eventually, and even that was negated after armor). I never bought a single potion or used a single spell outside of the healing one in the beginning of the game, and once during dust dragon.

Just buy armor. Once you hit about 90 you can block EVERY attack. Also stat descriptions are listed under the help section. + this so people can see. ^^^^113 people want what's in the game already.

although the game's idea is quite nice, there ARE some flaws .....
1st: equipment .... would rather like to see equiment with different stats that can be bought directly. it sucks to have to buy 20 gloves until u get a good one and alike.
2nd: combat system: well, magic should normally hit, even a dust dragon. the combat system mainly depends on only 2 of 5 stats: str/dex. rest can be ignored quite well. critical hits later do 20%? more damage? uh!. magical damage is very small compared to physical. why?.... descriptions: noone can read what stats would do, and how the combat system works. on purpose?....... gold: how come i find gold on every stupid and intelligent creature, and not just only in chests, on the ground, or in ppls pockets? strange. ..... oh finally ... would like to have a "fast-end-combat-button" which would make travelling more easy.

So out of curiosity: Anyone figure out how to kill the Dusk Dragon, and is it possible to finish the Wizard hunt quest? Because something tells me it's unfinishable >_>...

good game but has some bugs after killing the mana beast and the giant undead owlbear i went to collect the reward for the mana beast and when i went to fleen's shop i only had 57 gold when i had yet to spend the money that i acquired from the previous battles against the owlbears and mana beast

Fun game! HINT: to equip a ruin, you must "unequip" the one currently in use. If an item has some color other than dull-brown, then it's equipped. De-equip first by clicking on it, then click on the item you want to equip. Push + to keep this higher!

this game is just brilliant! well done combat, some interesting and great areas, nice art in some places. but however i would've liked to have seen a stronger story plot, or a companion for the hero and some more diverse music.

Love the random quotes when you win a battle. Once you get 40 dex you pretty much dodge everything, prolly go to 50 dex to be absolutely sure.

Also: do something to intensify battles. It's too boring to see endless "miss-blocked-miss-blocked-miss-blocked-miss-blocked-..."

game exploit/bug: If you equip the Chalice or the Shadow stone and later go to the "Statistics" page and wait, you'll see your Health or Mana bar go up as they would in a battle.

Looks like "The Shadow Stone (mild mana regeneration)" doesn't work. I didn't see even one point of mana regenerated.

I don't like that you can only use one relic at a time. As a mage I've basically been forced to use the mana regen artifact the entire time.

4/5 I'd give it a five, but I noticed quotes in the battle victory where the author wasn't given credit. After reading most of the descriptive texts I kind of got bored. I can't complain though, the rpg quality isn't solely based on that alone. What was up with the Pixie tits? Not cool.

"This beach is littered with an infinite number of small black shells." So we have a finite beach with infinite shells, meaning infinite density of shells, meaning that it's not a beach but a black hole. Damn.

I somehow came across a bug that allowed me to continue to add stat points to my stats and my skill points started going into the negative. Not sure how I did it I know I was in second to last map before the wizard. Perhaps Hyptosis should look at that.

Well i managed to kill the wizard... but with the same stats i could not even hit dust dragon.
BUG: I went back to the place where i killed the spider from the place where something like rock golem was and then i had to talk with the wild elf again and had to kill the goblin(or something like that) Boss again.
