If I have any problem with this game, it would be that the "continue" option was somewhat misleading. Usually Continue means to continue a previously saved game, so I clicked it without a second thought and BAM prior saved game was deleted. Should be "New" and "Load" or "continue" and New game" or something. 4/5

@Tiberiumshox: You may have noticed that the path continues on to the east. Keep going that way (maybe after going back and resting at the inn) to continue the quest chain.

I'd like to type out the things I do and what I look at and use all five senses and interact more with my surroundings. That's what makes up a good text-based game. Not this. This is an RPG with words instead of graphics. It was so boring. 2/5

@ Tiberiumshox: walk to the lower right corner of the goblin camp and enter the undead owlbear woods. After you kill the boss there, you'll find the NPC for the next quest. Ironically enough, it is the one quest you can never finish, because it asks you to kill the wizard (end boss), which never counts since the game ends :P In any case, I went back to town at LV26, my final opinion is that you should start out with DEX/STR and a bit of VIT, and switch to INT with a bit of VIT and 11 LUK when you find Flynn and the Arturians, as the triple and quad magic combos deal about 300 and 500 damage respectively...in a second :D Ofc use of quad combo not recommended for bosses since fireball sucks your MP dry.

Magic damage seems to be flawed, my 26 damage from searing blade kills a 40 HP gumdrop for example, happens with many monsters as well. Also, the magic damage from the other spells is rather low for the MP they cost: one bolt deals about 2.2 times the damage of searing blade while costing 5 times as much mana. Normally I wouldn't really mind because in combat you get to use both of them for added damage, but with mana regen being almost non-existant, it became an issue late-game.
P.S: Love the fact that you can re-train for free at Flynn's!!!

Has anyone else had the issue with not being able to equip the relics? I'll click on them, but none of them will equip for me except the last one..

For those complaining about a lack of an inn, I suggest you use mend in combination with the mana regeneration stone, or just use the mana regeneration stone and then the hit point regeneration stone when you find it.

at least give us asdw movement in addition to arrow keys—also, giving hotkeys to 1) spells, 2) potions, 3) talking to NPC A, B, and C. If you simply don't want to/don't have the time to/can't decide what hotkeys go where, make a Menu where we can designate our own hotkeys. Also—seriously—we don't get full heal on level up? at least let us heal a small amount of HP/SP without those relics. Other than this stuff...i think this is a great and fun game :)

Finishing the first elven quest doesn't seem to advance the story or have any results after talking to the quest giver (Fae) again. And actually the first time I did it the quest disappeared altogether when I backtracked past the human town.

Vraal: The wood elf who you're looking for is in the northerly portion of the section on the way to Sevrock Valley, I think Sevrock Road. Does anyone know where the 1200 hp dragon is? I want to pwn it.

I think your experience system is broken. Every few levels I suddenly start earning up to four times as much per fight. Maybe you assumed people wouldn't level grind?

The exp thing is a level based glitch not an area one. It started happening to me once i hit 18 and then jumped again at 20.

The only thing I can think of where this wood elf is, looking at the world map, is the road South of Yarmouth. But the arrow that way is red, it won't let me go to the Ol' Swamp Road. So what am I missing when I've done the other 3 quests? Thanks for help.

Haven't finished it yet, but I wanted to say that I find the art refreshing. Don't see anything like this much anymore. As for the game in general, it definitely needs some tweaks and fixes, but it is a good work overall. I gave it 4 stars.
