Man I really love all the random out-of-context movie quotes and etc. after battles, how many references did YOU get?

Other than that, just having beaten the game, I can say I enjoyed it. The afterbattle quotes, the crazy ridiculous usefulness of dexterity, the picture of the guy with the cards was pretty cool too. It was a little short, though.

Nobody probably had this problem, but I didn't know the avatar was there for its own sake. I though changing the avatar was like changing the class. So, after beating the game, I found out this.

With what knight ace said but you might as well add luck sometimes so your crit happens more often and you are a true rogue at it too

I appreciate the artwork, descriptive detail, design, and gameplay to a great extent. Two problems for me: 1. When I've played text based adventure/rpg games, If there are simple cues to show me what's important in a given area and a map to show me where to go, I don't read the descriptions. Didn't a decade a go, don't now. 2. The travel is FAR too linear. Cave or forest territory is perfect for having a large block of traversable areas to explore instead of being shown exactly where to go to progress.

after buying last weapon(wildsteel blade), the text didnt change to 'Nothing better' like for armor. After reloading, the Nothing better is missing ie no text there.

There is a typo in the 5th area of the ol' swamp road it says "...Rooting animal scan...". Shouldn't it be "..rotting animals can..."

Thing I don't enjoy about these type of games, is they don't level up the hero equal to the critters they're supposed to kill, even with upgraded armor, hats, clothes, etc. It's frustrating and dull. There needs to be "do-able" levels.

I just finished the game and it was so much fun, however, I never got to beat the dust dragon, I would spend forever seeing nothing but miss and block for the both of us, so I don;t know if it was supposed to be impossible to touch him, if it was a glitch in loading because of my crumby computer, or because 30-40 just wasn't enough dex to hit him. however despite that one frustration, this was an amazing game. keep up the good work.

while playing the game ive noticed several comments from the movie mouse hunt. i think whoever made the game wathed that movie. for instance "cheese tires them out they need fruit for energy" and mmany other such comments.

Oh man. When I met up with Fleen by the group of people hunting down the wizard, I couldn't believe I was allowed to reset my stats. The second I chose that option, I went to my Statistics and had at it...until suddenly I realized I was going into the negative with my skill points and here I am with a character I can endlessly power up. AND the stats stayed. This is ridiculous how it's broken, but I'm sure as hell not complaining for now! Plus up to let everyone know! :P

I followed knightace's suggestion. At level 16 with 53 points in DEX, everything is a miss from my assailants.
Although there was a point, level 10?, where my DEX was not high enough to block the attacks. So if that happens, just level up on lower level mobs before proceeding further.

well made game. super-easy w/ the dex trick. battle sequences slow. some other problems. it got to the point where it was just too boring. i like the descriptions, characters, monsters, dialogue, etc. must've taken a lot of work. overall 4/5.

Interesting game with good potential. However, it is need of serious balancing, mainly due to the dexterity trick. Also, implementing the Kong API would have been nice...

I am quite sure that a huge amount of gold dissapeared after I turned in the Mana Beast quest.
Srsly, I came out of the woods with lots of kills' worth of gold, turned in the quest, went to Fleen... And had 51 gold.

Why are you only allowed to use one of the items at a time? It would be better if you could use them all at once. Still great game.

As there are no inn later in the game, you should work your potion prices a bit... 20MP for a 10 gold potion, and 60MP for a 40 gold potion? Then the 40 gold one doesn't have any utility, i just have to buy multiple 10gold ones...

I really love this game. I've always liked text adventures but have had trouble finding them these days.
I found a glitch where I was leveling up and it let me go into negative available skill points. I accidentally got to -5 before I noticed. I don't know what caused it or anything, but I just want to let people know that it's there.

well game play was fun but was distracted from game by all the firefly, babylon 5 and galaxy quest quotes after all they are sci-fi not fantasy okay not really the quotes fit the game
